The guys sent over were hard working. A lamp had it's glass shade broken, my camping grille had a deep gash in it... they lost control of the dryer and it went tumbling. I was extremely concerned about my bezel-less 75" TV. Though they did seem to wrap it up, it's one of those where you shouldn't pinch near the bezels. I won't be able to determine if that has any damage until after I get it out of storage (probably 6 months from now)...and by then...what can I do?

Both guys really are so hard working. My three story move was amazing, smooth, and really effortless because the team from all my sons are so professional!

Scheduled with Jared, took care of us from the point of meet to after completion. Everybody we interacted with from this location was transparent and helpful and my family and I would not look in any other direction when it comes to moving needs.

The movers are very professional and seemed very experienced moving heavy objects. The company stayed in touch days prior to the move and made sure everything went smoothly up until the movers completed move in. They made moving less stressful for me and my boyfriend. I would use them again in the future.

Had hidden fees. Way overpriced.

The guys were polite . The lead guy was slow, at one point he was in the bathroom for 30 - 40 minutes. He focused on tearing down and setting one bed.

Their billing practices are not ethical. They would not unload my possessions until I paid their inflated fees and charges. They charged me 12% fuel charge ($185) and $149 travel charge to move 3 miles. If you don t agree or don t pay on the spot they will leave with your items and put them in storage at your expense. When I tried to call to speak to someone, no one answered. I had a mover call his boss and put him in the phone for me. He assured me he would call me right back when he was in front of his computer but he never called. I have since sent an email demanding someone call me and still no call. They damaged a piece of furniture but no one will call me about that either. The guys were very polite and sweet but took FREQUENT smoke breaks and fooled around. They took 10 hours to do a simple move from 2000sq ft. They overwrapped most of the furniture in the beginning of the day and then didn t bother to wrap some furniture at all by the end. They impress you with their customer service before you hire them and up until the day of your move by calling to check on you and make sure everything is ok . But once they get their money they disappear! I would not recommend or hire this company ever again.

Arrived on time, worked quickly and finished ahead of schedule. extremely pleased.

They broke two pedestals on my dining room table beyond repair. They scratched and chipped several other pieces. I paid over $1900 to move from Prosper to Melissa but I lost so much more than that. I would upload pictures if I could.
