I have used their service several times over the last year. They are reliable and flexible and my pets are always happy and well cared for when I return home. I have a senior cat that needs medication twice a day, they have no problem handling this correctly. I used a different company in the past that would say they came by but never did, and that has NOT been my experience with All Critter Sitter. They show up at the scheduled window everytime and to ease my worry they send a text message after each visit which is greatly appreciated. They leave detailed notes at the end of every visit which is a nice touch.
Additionally, they pick up the mail and trash cans which is very nice when you are away for a long trip.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of pet care or house sitting.

Went very well.left us a detailed report of each visit. We have used All Critter several times each year and for several years. We have peace of mind when leaving our 3 American Eskimos in their care. We are using their services again beginning Sunday 9-14-14 through Saturday 9-20-14.

Everything went smoothly and as planned. While away, Melissa, our pet-sitter, provided daily reports/updates ... she was very responsive and professional. Upon our return, our pets were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Melissa also left us with a detailed, hand-written report of her interactions with our pets. We highly recommend All Critter Sitter Pet Sitting and will be happy to use their services the next time we plan a trip.

Have used them several times in the last year or so. Everything is as it should be when I get home. Plenty of communication for those who need it.(ME) The animals have adjusted to the care givers(Tracy and Amy) just fine. I know they will go the extra mile by the interview they give you before service is provided.

Everything went very well. My dogs and cat were well cared for. Rene, our petsitter, provided daily updates via text and/or email. She was very responsive and professional. I've been using All Critter Sitter for daily visits to my home to care for my Italian Greyhounds since Charlotte went into business. There is absolutely NO ONE that I would trust more that Charlotte and her assistants. She's always on time and always sure to give my girls (4 Italian Greyhounds) lots of love and attention. One of my girls is a 5 month old puppy and is quite the handful. Charlotte frequently has quite the clean up job facing her when she walks in and takes care of everything without complaint.
Once, while I was traveling, Charlotte came in to one of my babies being trapped in the gate. She immediately came to her rescue and rushed her to the vet for necessary care. She STAYED with my girl until one of my friends could get there to take over.

One of my pets died in their care. They didn't even answered my calls at first and just said they didn't know anything about it. They were really terrible.

"As owner of All Critter Sitter, I feel that a response to this review is necessary. The client in question specifically hired us to take care of their three dogs. They also owned a lizard. In our initial consultation, after not saying anything to us about the lizard, we specifically asked if the client needed care for the lizard as well. The client told us that they were only going to be gone two days (Wednesday & Thursday). We were absolutely and very specifically told that we were NOT to care for the lizard. The client said that the lizard had everything it needed, and would not need our care for the day and a half while they were away. As part of our official process for new clients, paperwork for each type of animal is to be completed by the client. This provides permanent record, needs and instructions for the pets owned by the client. The client completed paperwork for the dogs, but did not complete any paperwork for any reptiles. This paperwork is provided to every new client that hires us to care for their animals. The client in question made it very clear that we were being hired for exactly three visits (twice on Wednesday, and once on Thursday) to care only for their three dogs. We even have it recorded as proof in our notes taken during the initial consultation. During the duration of our visits to this clients home, although we were not required to provide care for the lizard, we always checked on it. We still made sure there was adequate water for the lizard, which there was. This is standard practice as we take pride in our work, our clients, and love all animals. On each and every visit, the lizard was seen to be alive and well while we were there. We saw absolutely no distress of the lizard and definitely did not see the lizard to be deceased while in our care. It is also our policy that if a pet appears to be sick or distressed in any way while the owners are away, we will notify them immediately and even transport the pet to their own veterinarian if needed. The safety and well-being of any animal will always be our top priority. Sometime after the client returned home, they called and left a voicemail regarding the lizard. I personally called the client back that evening, as soon as I heard the voicemail. So their claim about not returning calls is absolutely not accurate. Neither is their account of the events that took place. As I said, All Critter Sitter takes the utmost pride in our work and love of the animals. We frequently go above and beyond to make sure the pets are loved and well cared for, and the clients are happy. This should be abundantly apparent in the scores of clients who have been faithful and loyal to All Critter Sitter for several years. If you need quality pet care, and desire the comfort of knowing that a qualified professional and reliable sitter will personally be caring for and loving your pets as you do… you call All Critter Sitter. No one will take better care of your loved ones like we will. I stand by that 110 percent, and will back up my excellent reputation every time."

Everything seemed to go fine. We have an old dog that needs medication daily and doesn't get around very well, so going to a kennel is really tough on him. I am so thankful we found this service. It has made leaving our pets much easier. We have used the service twice and I just booked them for another date in the near future.

They have been very good for me. She leaves a notepad everyday with an entire schedule of what the dogs did that day. I actually found them through a dog hotel. She is wonderful. I knew the minute she sat down with me she would be the one.

We have 4 cats and one was just diagnosed with diabetes right before our trip and knew we would need more than just a friend to come by and feed them. I was incredibly apprehensive about leaving, since it was the first time I had a cat with medical concerns.
We interviewed a couple of sitters and from the beginning knew that Charlotte would be the best fit. She is kind, professional, organized and you can tell she takes her work very seriously. She consults with you directly and you know exactly who will be caring for your animals and home (as opposed to other companies that rotate through different sitters). She is easy to keep in touch with either by phone, text or email.
She put us at ease and even talked me through how to give my cat insulin injections myself, since I never had before. She is very experienced and we have used her twice now, one 5 day trip and another weekend trip. Each time the house is left perfect, the litter boxes are clean and cats are happy. Now, I have no reservations at all about leaving our cats and home in her care!

Debi Alford sold this business to Charlotte Sherwood, so that is who I worked with for my dog sitting and walking while I was out for an extended weekend. Charlotte was very punctual and professional when she met with me to discuss what services I would need. She made notes on my preferences and assured me that my dogs would be well taken care of. She seems to be a dog lover!
She sent me an invoice before I left, and I left a check on the counter for her when she arrived for the first feeding - so payment is easy. I texted her that first night to see how the first visit went and heard back from her within 5 minutes as to an update on how it went. The following morning, I texted her to see how the dogs did overnight, and she responded immediately as well. When I returned 2 days later, my dogs were happy and healthy and everything was great.

It went extremely well. Our A/C went out hours before we left, but they kept an eye on things, set up a couple of fans so the cats didn't get too hot. They also left a daily report. Very friendly service and we will continue to use them as our pet sitter when we go out of town!

Debi was very personable and took the time to come to our house prior to our trip to meet the dogs. She explained the process to us and received any special instructions. It is a good piece of mind knowing our dogs are at home with care during our vacations.

i call Debi and she came over that next day to meet the dogs and discuss her service. She was Very personable and helpful with suggestions on puppy care, etc. We came up with a schedule for the dogs and all went well. Her references for other services was greatly appreciated and I have already followed up with a couple of them. I highly recommend her and will definately use her again on my next "out of town trip".

Debi took good care of my home and two kitties. The plants were watered, mail was in a neat pile and the kitties were happy. The only negative is that she charged me $20 for the initial visit (coming to meet us and getting instructions). The other pet sitters I have had in the past don't do this, but I guess all of the positives outweight this and I am grateful that she took good care of my home and pets.

All Critter Sitter Pet Sitting takes care of my dogs (2 lab mixes) and my house whenever I am out of town or unable to get home in time to let them out. Debi is great about providing feed back (notes, text messages etc) during the time we are out of town to let us know how "my girls" are doing. ACS is always available, even when I call at the last minute. I have enjoyed using ACS for the past 2 years and I highly recommend Debi and her team!
