They've been pretty good for the most part. Prior to that, I had another cellular company but I left them because the service wasn't good. I decided to move to Verizon. Their customer service is positive. When you contact customer service, their customer service is pretty good. The phone service is pretty good too. They're expensive but you get what you're paying for.

They are fine. My son is in Baltimore, in college and I do not get his calls and everybody else we don't have a problem, except his phone there. The line breaks up with him. We chose them over the others because of the reception and better quality.

They are very responsive and we don't have any black out. We have been using them for a very long time. My overall experience with them has been good.

I think that they have the best service in our area. If you go in to talk to them, you have to wait, wait, and wait. They don't care. If you don't like it, switch. I am going to continue with them until something better comes along.
