The experience was excellent. The person who came out went through an entire process of explaining what hard water does to appliances here in Texas, since I am from Philadelphia. He even went out and checked the water sprinkler system in my yard. He was very nice, polite and patient because I was asking him all kinds of questions.

He did a good job. The guy was prompt and did what I asked him to do. It was a good experience overall.

They used assessed the situation correctly and had to work for awhile. They cleared the back up and cleaned up the mess..  Every thing worked perfectly and my mom was so relieved

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were fabulous. The man came through, checked my plumbing and pipes and said they were good. He did not say I had to add anything. He was wonderful and the plumber was so nice.

I called the office about four different times on four different dates before I could set an appointment.
After the service was done I noticed about a week later that my pressure relief valve was now leaking water and that the water was not as hot as it had been prior to the service.

My experience overall was very dissatisfying. They overcharged for additional services and were very pricey. He was only there for less that an hour for the flushing. I would not recommend this company to others.

great service, great customer service.  came over to give me a estimate to install 2 commodes.  in less then  3 hours both commodes were installed.  A litte pricey but then you get what you pay for. Master plumber.  Work is guarantee for one year
and yes i would do business with them again..

I have used this company a number of times and their work is straight forward and dependable. You will pay a professional price but a reasonable price. I am confident I will use them the next time I need plumbing services.

One more note on price. React Fast installed my water heater on a special they were advertising. Since I already paid another firm $75 just to tell me I needed a new water heater (ouch) I called that firm back beforehand to see if they would match that price, including the $75 toward the total, which they said that 75 went toward repairs. The other plumbing company, starts with a W, would not even consider it at the price. They acted like I was trying to scam them. Enough said. So it was to my benefit to be out the $75 and still use React Fast.

Excellent service provider. Clearly explained all details of the coupon work (flush and inspection); discovered that the anode was severely corroded and needed replacement (a normal occurrence given the age of the water heater). Did not try to "upsell" at any point.

.There was standing water in the area where the city water meter is located. I contacted SAWS first and they took over 24hrs to respond. After it was determined the leak was from an area I was responsible for, I contacted React-Fast plumbing. They returned my call immediately and since it was late in the afternoon they promised to be out first thing next morning. By 8:15AM the next day, Jerry was outside my house. He quickly confirmed where the leak was coming from (A coupler on the PC pipe). The leak location was under the side-walk so he had to remove a small portion of the sidewalk to get to the repair.He worked continuously for over 3hrs to fix the leak. Fix it He did, with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. I was impressed with his attitude and professionalism in doing the repair. He took photo's before and after and explained in detail what work was to be preformed. Afterwords he explained and showed me what he had done. I was completely satisfied with him and he will be the first I call if a plumbing need arises again. A+ all the way around.

I gave Jerry a history of my problems at the location of the water leak before he started work.  Jerry had to dig out the area of the leak adjacent to the house foundation to locate the source of the leak.   After clearing the area of the leak, turning on the water, he found the source of the leak; it was right at the foundation.   The copper tubing at the foundation wall had a twist to it caused by improper repair.  He had to jack hammer around the copper tubing to solder a copper extension at the foundation wall.   After that, he added an expandable extension tube between the foundation copper extension and the shutoff valve in the immediate area.  I was extremely impressed the clean quality work he did and there was no twisting of copper tubing like there was before.  From now on if I have a plumbing problem, I'm calling React-Fast Plumbing.  Thank you Mr. Guzman.

I called on morning of 7/23/2013 and received appointment for that afternoon.  Jerry (owner) arrived promptly at 1:00 PM.  Went to work immediately wlth appropriate equipment and one assistant.  Finished the job in approximately one hour.  Outstanding performance from a professional.

Family business, father and son came out and were on time and professional, also very nice. They checked my water heater and then explained to me what needed to be done, then gave me two choices. Replace the Anode Rod because my tank was still in good condition or buy a new water heater, I choose the Anode Rod. They had to get the part and come back another day, so they came back the following week and did the work.
They were fast and efficient and showed me the old Anode Rod, which was totally disintegrated. This family owned business is a winner and I would definitely use them again.
