I have been using Poolsmart to maintain my pool since August. I've had a number of problems from the previous contractor which needed to be resolved, These included repairing the lights which were not working. Sam and his guys diagnosed the issue and replaced the lights efficiently and within the original quote. I appreciate their service. There's still a small problem with one light but I'm confident Sam will sort it out shortly.

Sam and the Team at PoolSmart are fantastic! After being left in the lurch by another pool service (with no prior notice), I started to search for a new pool service. I contacted Sam that same day and he was out the next day to give me a quote for monthly maintenance. Since starting the service, his team has been great. Consistently show up as scheduled, do thorough cleaning, adjust the chemicals as necessary, and always able to answer my questions. I give PoolSmart 5 Stars and am happy to have found them! I highly recommend this vendor.

The owner of Pool Smart came out to bid the job. He sold me on his customer service which included an experienced pool tech named Henry. After 2 months of service he changed my technician to an inexperienced tech who did not even know how to run my pool equipment...The price I was quoted was not correct, the repair job done on the pool equipment leaked after 2 weeks. The smug and rude responses I received from the owner and new technician were completely inappropriate. I would definitely not recommend this company.

"Of course, we always do our absolute best to satisfy our customers, as we did with Cynthia. It is unfortunate that we need to address these comments. The pool technician that took over the pool was an experienced Certified Pool Operator. Cynthia? equipment was quite aged when we took over the pool, Cynthia did not want to follow our recommendations for repairs so we settled for bandaid bare minimum solutions. Cynthia did not follow our instructions for running the pool, the pump lost prime, the repaired pipe overheated, and it began leaking again. Finally, Cynthia was very hostile to our technician and we had to end the relationship."
