To hire them - It was the worst mistake I ever did. They ruined 6-7 screens. Over sprayed the house.

Obtained quote in November; proceeded with work in January. No delays in either scheduling the quote or starting the work. Job was completed in three days, successfully passed certification for wind insurance. To date, no issues have been noted (no lose shingles have fallen, no leaks found, etc.)

Went well. There was a small lack of communication on their part but they took care of it right away, even working on a Saturday to assure it was fixed in a timely manner. The crew was nice and covered my plants to shield from debris and moved my garden items under the porch. After each day at work, they cleaned up and went over area with the magnet to collect nails. I am extremely pleased with them. From beginning of process, dealing with Jon through end dealing with Miguel and Giovani and the crew, it was a wonderful, pain free experience. Highly recommend!

Jerry our salesman was great - straight forward about the products they use, warranty behind their work and follow-up as promised with picking out colors, schedule, etc... Not the lowest price we received but definitely felt the most confident using them due to their BBB and Angie's List ratings in addition to the warranty against leaks. Luis and the crew were professional and completed the roof on the house and shed in one full day. The gutters were installed 4 days later. Very happy with the finished product on everything.

Everything went well, Jerry was very personable and was not push or trash talk other. Just said who they are, what they do, how they do it, and answered any questions I had. Although there price was at the high range of some of the bids I received, Jerry (besides the angies list reviews) was the reason why I went with this company. His team was quick to get the roof done, all done in one day. We had one slight hick up with the roof venting and I called him to ask about it and he immediately agreed it was not done correctly and had it fixed the next day without me having to be there or ask anything else. Overall I was very happy with Jerry and this company and would recommend anyone to use them for their roofing needs.

OK, house is still fairly new so I probably had nothing to worry about, but still I wanted it checked. They came out, took the time to fully inspect and confirm that the roof is indeed in great shape. No pressure to try and sell me something I didnt need, I just wanted peace of mind and I got that in spades!

It turned out pretty good. They gave me all the information that I need. I don't know what they did up there. It was to generate business. So he went up there, looked and came back and gave me an estimate and said he did what he could up there, but I don't know what he did. He wasn't up there that long. He just gave me an estimate. He gave me an estimate for the roof. The big deal was for roof repair and he was saying that he couldn't really do any repair. He just couldn't do whatever he came and he just came down and wrote me an estimate for $6000. I don't know what he did up there. I didn't see him go up there with any products or anything. He just went up there and came back and gave an estimate. My only complaint is they don't honor those big deals and I've bought them before. If I decide to get a roof I will get a couple of estimates and use his as well. He didn't even take a broom up there.

Initial roof repair around roof vent failed to address problem. They had to return and replace two vents to stop leak. We had some communication issues and delays, but work was good and roofer was here on time. Company was very apologetic for delays and refunded portion of price.

It was discovered that a beam next to the chimney was rotted and needed to be replaced. A few decking boards had to be replaced as well. An insurance inspector watched, to be sure all was done right. That was very reassuring. The roof looks great. UPDATE: I was contacted by State Farm. They stated that they received an invoice from the roofing company in the amount $17,000+. The roofer said that State Farm's estimate of $13,000+ was not enough to fix the roof and the sheet rock. Anyway, after a lot of back and forth, we agreed on a mutually acceptable amount (much less than . Although I felt a lot of anquish over this, the roofers listened to my questions,concerns and objections.

John came out, gave a comprehensive bid, talked about other options to consider, wasn't hard-sell, and followed up within a few days. [Ernie Smith and Sons didn't get the job only because a friend with roofing experience did the hour's worth of work in exchange for a nice dinner.]
