His crew showed up right on time and went above and beyond to make sure that the project was completed on time! Dustin was very professional and informative. He spent a good bit of time up front making sure we understood all of our options and that we were happy with our choices. It is clear that he knows the business and cares about his customer's needs. The crew that was sent out to work on my house was on time every day and worked hard all day long. There were no surprises along the way and all of the promised work was completed on time and I could not have asked for more from them. I will not ever use another company. In addition to the roof, there was some Sheetrock repair and painting. This was a different crew, but they also did an amazing job. I could not be happier with the service or the value of the work performed by either crew. There were some issues with my insurance company and the James Kate team handled all of that as well.

James Kate Roofing did an excellent job on our roof...He was up front with pricing and there were no surprises with the cost. The owner, Dustin came by to make sure it was done right. They also made sure they cleaned up our yard afterwards. I would highly recommend them!

Very easy to work with, team arrived Friday morning and started the job, had all the old roof off and much of the new roof on by the end of the day.  Came back on the second day to completed the job as had been planned and finished on time.  Did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and very professional.  Would recommend and would use them again.

All the roofing work was done quickly. The men arrived on one morning to remove the old shingles, the new shingles arrived that afternoon and the men started installing the new shingles. They stayed until a little after 6:00 that afternoon and were there again early the next morning to complete the job. The job was complete a little after lunch time at which time the men started cleaning up. They picked up all their tools, ladders, scrap pieces of roofing that may have been dropped and took magnets to pick up all the nails that may have been dropped around the home. Before sign-off, the manager and I did a walk around to make sure everything looked as I expected as well as nothing on my property was damaged as they promised to repair or replace anything they damaged. I am very pleased with the new roof. Because my insurance co has not paid for the new guttering and a few other minor things that were damaged by the hail, we are waiting on their decisions before replacing the guttering and other items. I would remommend James Kate Roofing & Construction to anyone needing a new roof.
