His people demolished the bathroom and left all debris in our front yard for a week. We begged him to pick it up after the city gave us notices. He tore up the old tile and left pieces in corners and didn't do a good job removing the grout.

He had plumbers come in and they made a mess of the house and due to their shoddy work I replaced the hot water heater by mistake.

Since the first of November through the holidays we have not had a master bath and we have trash sitting where the tub used to be.

He is the poster boy for bad contractors. We are currently chasing him for a refund, supplies purchased and the return of our house key. Call his business number and you will find out it's out of service.

These contractors provided a very innovative product on a fixed price contract delivered according to the specifications.  I have built 7 houses in my lifetime and also have hired many general contractors. Fortress performed in an outstanding manner and were the most professional and easy to work with general contractors I have ever experienced.  They were constantly on site to ensure everything went according to plan and constantly communicated with me along the way to ensure everything was done to my liking the first time. Their price was very reasonable and the quality of materials they chose was top drawer.
