Went very smooth through whole process - initial inspection of vanity and job at hand, quote, and installation.

Went extremely well. Didn't rush just to finish quickly. Took time and made it was done correctly and above standard! I really like the way they paid attention to detail and put up with us being a little "picky" on how things looked. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to my friends and family!

The project turned out great. I had a specific design in mind and Ben and team were able to make it come to life. Ben was flexible in the design process and offered up suggestions that complimented the piece. Custom furniture is expensive, but I found in the bid process with other craftsmen that Ben was comparatively reasonable in his pricing. When Ben came to install the piece, we hit a snag with the placement of electrical outlets that prevented us from moving forward. Ben was great about trying to find an electrician to help and then accommodated us to reschedule and complete the install. I would definitely recommend Covenant Crafters to my friends and would use them again for any custom woodwork I needed done.

This is the second project we did with them. Professionalism, responsiveness, quality and punctuality are outstanding! A bit pricey but it was worth it for us.

Never heard from the company

From start to finish, Covenant Crafters did a fabulous job. They were reasonably priced, extremely easy to work with had tons of great ideas to make both our kitchen & bath function better, and we didn't have to wait long! They tore out the old & installed the new in one day only a month after we put in our order. They were great!

Ben and I worked through the details of the design. He invited me to his shop to see his projects in process. Delivered per expectations and installed.

From the very beginning they were very professional and courteous. They were honest and kept to be deadlines they gave us. Their prices were well than fair and we can’t wait to do more business with them. AI company.

First I will say that, that the quality of the cabinets were 5 stars.  I work in the woodworking industry and I've seen many builders use particle board, melamine and cheap plywood to build cabinets.  Covenant did not cut any corners.   The drawers were also built very well from plywood and dovetailed.  Shelves were all plywood and capped with a solid wood facing as well.  This is how cabinets should always be built!!  I also opted to go with finishing the cabinets at their shop versus a painter coming in after the install.  I personally think the quality of the finish is better doing it this way, but you do pay a little more.  During installation one part of the face frame was damaged, but they sent in a specialist to touch it up and it was as good as new.  Finally, I knew that they were the right company to do business with because of their christian values.  When a company sincerely honors Christ with their business you can guarantee that they will do a good, honest job! 

Ben came and discussed our design preferences and options with at his first visit. He had some follow up questions via email and sent us color samples. After about 4 weeks he come with a team and installed the beds. All worked like a charm and the beds look awesome! Very high quality: no visible screws and all made from`real wood and with many neat details that make it look like a  show piece in a magazine. We are very happy with the product and the service.

Ben Massey, the owner, came to our house for the site survey and estimate. He was professional and on time.  
We paid half of the estimate for the down payment.  The work was done on time.  The workers showed up on time to do the install.  I was very impressed with the quality of the work.  I liked the design that he came up with, and he sent a CAD drawing of the plan before going to production.

These days, you go to a furniture store and pick out something that is supposedly nice, like Thomasville, and you get something made in China with laminated particleboard in your piece everywhere they think they can get away with it.  My wife and I have become very disillusioned with buying furniture, because these cheap workarounds have become industry standard, ever since they basically stopped making furniture in this country, and started outsourcing everything to China.

Guess what?  If you look for local businesses, there are still people who care about what they do, and will make you really nice furniture right here in Texas.  Covenant Crafters will make great quality furniture for you, measured and installed perfectly for your home, and there will be none of that junk that you get in your pieces that you get even when you buy upper level furniture like Bernhardt.  You pay about the same in both cases, but the quality you get from Ben Massey and his crew will be about 10 times better-made.  The lesson we learned is this - stop buying junk furniture at furniture stores, and look for local furniture makers - they are out there, you just have to look.  We also found a dining room table maker in Canton, and we are getting a new dining room table next.

The desk system we had made included 2 spots for computers, with a huge system of stacked bookcases that look great and basically take up an entire wall, in case you were wondering about the price we paid.  It was competitive price-wise for what we had done.  

Finding Covenant Crafters was reason alone to join Angie's List.  
I would use them again in a second for any job.  
Stop looking and go with these guys, they're the real deal.

Can't say enough about Ben and the crew at Covenant Crafters! We are so happy with the kitchen cabinets. They are much better quality than the Ikea cabinets we originally thought about installing. The cabinets are beautiful, built to last and are everything we were looking for and more. Ben was very helpful and quick to respond to our (numerous) questions! He allowed us to make some last minute changes to the plans and he also recommended a great company to install new quartz counter-tops. His crew arrived on-time and did a great job with the installation. Without a doubt, I would use again and highly recommend them!

Ben Massey was very responsive and professional.  He showed up on time for our appointment to discuss my plans for the floor to ceiling bookcase.  He emailed me the estimation as promised and gave me the timeframe of the work to be completed.  He kept me informed of the progress and delivered and installed the cabinets as promised.  When the installers accidentally jammed the wiring of my audio equipment, he quickly had them come back and fix it.  The bookcase looks great and sturdy.  (One of the keyboard tray popped out of its sliding bracket and left a 2-inch crack in the tray when my son rested his elbow on it.  It happened about 10 months ago.  I haven't contacted Ben yet, but I'm confident he'll be able to help me fix it.)
I am very happy with Covenant Crafters.  I started looking for a contractor for this project in August of 2014, and was very discouraged with the ones that I had encountered prior to Covenant Crafters.  The first one was a referral from a neighbor.  He was too busy to take on this job so he referred me to his friend.  After a few weeks of trying to schedule an appointment with this new contractor, he finally showed up to discuss my plans and promised to give me an estimation within the next few days.  It took several phone calls over the next two weeks to him before he would text me an estimation.  I agreed to the estimation and work order.  About a week before the delivery date, I called him to check on the progress.  I was very disappointed to find that he had not started on the project and gave me some lame excuses.  I was very frustrated and cancelled the work order.  After three months of not finding a reliable and professional contractor, I wanted to give up on this project.  
When I began my search again, I went to Angie's List and found three possible contractors.  One of them took over a week to return my email inquiry.  The other one was prompt for our appointment, but the estimation was over my budget and delivery time was two months out.  Luckily, I found Covenant Cabinets.  The estimation was reasonable and within budget.  The timeframe was about a month.  In addition, Ben impressed me with his promptness, responsiveness, knowledge, the ease of addressing my concerns and suggestions and delivering the work as promised.
I highly recommend Covenant Crafters.

Excellent work from start to finish. Ben came out to give a quote and performed work as described in the contract. In fact we had Ben out once and were not completely sure what we wanted. After doing some more review on our part, he was happy to come out again and work with us once we were more sure of what we wanted. In fact after doing the original quote we wanted to add a couple things to get done and Ben was easy to work with to make the changes and additions to the contract. Ben and his team arrived on time and completed the work as described in the contact. Very neat and orderly. Cleaned up when they were finished. Worked efficiently and effectively. Once work was complete we had a small issue with a couple of drawers not working quite right. Once we notified Ben he had a person out the next day to correct the problem. Communication with Ben and his team was always easy. They always return phone calls and emails right away. Very professional in dealing with us. It was refreshing to deal with a team that is committed to doing a good job with honesty and integrity. We would use these guys again for any project like this. They are the best!
