Description of Work: Chris Booth changed out a shower head and faucet. Did an OK job. Was delayed the times he was scheduled to come out. Probably wouldn't use his services again.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 Big Deal from Angie's List for two hours of plumbing labor for an under sink leak from Chris Booth Plumbing. I called and emailed him. He returned call, scheduling work for 2/8/13. He called on the morning of 2/8/13, saying he was unable to make it and rescheduled for 2/13/13. On 2/13/13, he did not show, nor did he call to let me know he would not be able to come. Three days later he called and we rescheduled for 2/27/13. I texted him and called the night before leaving a message asking him to confirm our appointment. He did not respond, nor did he call. He did not show up on this third opportunity. My lesson? One missed appointment, shame on you, two more missed appointments, shame on me. Even though I tried to give him a chance to make it right I would never use this provider who claims to be on call 24/7, be licensed, insured and have experience. It is of little consequence if he will not honor the appointments he makes. The time I have taken off of work to get this done has cost more than I would have saved by purchasing the Big Deal offered. Angie's List has agreed to refund my money for the "Big Deal" purchase for this no-show provider.

Description of Work: I'm not quite sure of the Date but I think it was the first day his coupon for$99.00 for 2 hours of plumbing came out on Angie's list. Mr. Booth arrived and was a very nice gentleman. I explained the 4 things I needed done. 1. Install hand held shower wand in shower. Done, no problem 2. Fix mechanical metal plug in sink. ( It needed to be reconnected.) Done, no problem. 3. Fix leaking faucet of sink. ( It needed a new cartridge installed. ) Left in his truck to buy a cartridge then installed. No problem. 4. Fix the leaking faucet in the bath tub . Didn't have a cartridge so installed an o ring. I asked Mr. Booth if I should buy the shower wand ahead of time and he said I could. So I had the shower wand already. He arrived on time and checked the leaking faucet in the sink and said he needed to leave and buy a cartridge for it. He left and returned and fixed the leaking sink. He installed the shower wand. He checked out the leaking bath tub and said that it might need a cartridge but did not have one. He installed an O ring and indicated that would fix it. . I had paid for the Angie's coupon for 2 hours of plumbing for $99.00 and it had been almost 2 hours so he did not charge me any extra. The faucet fixed with the o ring started leaking the next time we used the bath tub. I called him back and he said he would come back and replace the cartridge. He asked that I send him a picture of the faucet so he could get the right cartridge. I did send him the picture. He called back several weeks later and said that he would be over later in the evening after another job and never showed up. I'm going to teach my self how to install the cartridge. I googled it. It doesn't seem that difficult.

Description of Work: Our toilet backed up and flooded the bathroom. I can't say enough good things about Chris Booth with Booth Plumbing. He was kind enough to speak to me and answer all of my questions while he was traveling to another job on New Year's Day. He gave my husband ideas to try to see if he could fix the problem with our plumbing. It didn't work and he came by on his way home from the other job and had it fixed in 15 minutes. He certainly didn't have to answer my numerous questions but he did. Thanks Chris!

Description of Work: Installed kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: Chris from Booth's Plumbing just repaired a water leak on my main water line on my side of the meter. His price was extremely reasonable and he gave me a discount for being an Angie's List customer (which was deducted from the price posted above). Some other angieslist customers posted having the same work down for around $600 so I was very pleased with the price I paid. I have already asked for estimate to replace two hot water heaters.

Description of Work: i had a drain pipe leaking under the kitchen sink that i had tried to fix myself, but there was no way. So i found Booth on here and he came out and redid some pipes under the sink and made some difficult connections that i couldnt seem to make work to save my life.

Description of Work: Repaired the line in our front yard. The yard was dug up at the location of the pipe. Once the pipe was repaired the yard was repaired.
