Great!! Showed up on time, took a look at the job and got after it. I thought it was taking a little longer than it should have. Then I saw that he totally updated the plumbing under the sink. New flex hose, removing the original old copper lines (the reason I did not do the job myself). I was happy with the upgrade and totally expected to pay extra as all I provided for the job was the faucet. When I asked, he said there would be no additional cost. WOW!
Will call him back when I am ready to install the plumbing in the bathroom I am remodeling. Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous.  Mr. Booth arrived on time, was friendly, informative and professional.  When he went to get supplies, he didn't charge me for the time he was gone.  After he was finished, he gave me a walk through to make sure I was satisfied with his work.  I had an extremely pleasant experience with him and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a responsible and knowledgeable plumber who does excellent work.

Arrived on time and was professional.  We discussed future remodeling ideas I had and how future plumbing would be needed.  He brought a few things to my mind that would make the job easier and still be cheaper that I had initially planned.

He was awful. I would not use him again. The price was great but he was not punctual at all. He took a very long time. The quality wasn’t good. He doesn’t return my calls.

When I purchased the package, Chris called within hours and set up an appointment. When the day came for the appointment, he didn't show. I tried to call and email him and neither was successful. I hated to give up on him, thinking that he had been so responsive and that maybe something unforeseen had happened. I called him a month or two later and asked if he would like to perform the services before I requested my money back. Chris called me in a matter of minutes and I realized I had been right about something major having happened to him. We made an appointment and I had to cancel several times due to the requirements of a new job. We finally agreed on a time and day. Chris was right on time, very polite and professional and completed the faucet repair outside within a matter of minutes. Parts were required for the remainder of the job so he left to get those. The inside faucet repair was quick, but the two toilet repairs took a great deal of time due to the rusty and corroded condition of the toilet tank bolts and the lack of space around the toilet in one bath. Chris worked quite a bit longer than the allocated two hours. When we sat down to settle on the job he handed me a bill for the parts and I asked the price for the extra time. He wouldn't accept the extra pay saying, even over my protests, that we had given him a second chance and that he appreciated it. Such character and honorability is not a common thing these days. We are most appreciative. We plan to call him for other plumbing jobs we have planned for the future.

I purchased 2 hours of plumbing for $99.  Chris showed up on time.  Assessed the situation.  Needed to order parts.  Returned with parts and finished the job.  Did not charge extra for the additional trip, even though it was way out of his area.  Just paid for the initial deal and parts.  Corrected work that had been done previously.

Initially everything went just fine. I told him I had several things that needed addressed and one that needed immediate attention. He was able to make an appointment for soon after the phone call and he was able to clean out the drain to the street, which was the more pressing aspect. It wasn't fixed perfectly but I figured he would fix it when he came back out to do the rest of the work and fulfill the Big Deal. We had a second appointment set, but he failed to show up an he failed to call me back. I called and left messages, but now, a week later, he hasn't contacted me back at all. I don't want to do any more business with him, and I'm now getting a refund from Angie's List.

It went fine, of course disappointed we couldn't repair the leak in the faucet line.  The  plumber explained the issue well, and why it couldnt be repaired.  I appreciated his honesty. 

We had an outdoor sewer line plugged by a tree root that caused backup water into our house around the toilet and down the hall, soaking carpets/pads. Booth Plumbing came out within 1-2 hours after calling them on a Saturday night and fixed it in the dark. We were very impressed with the honesty and fair pricing, as well as the flexibility to come out on a Saturday night. Will call them again!

I purchased an Angie's List Deal; $99 for two hours of plumbing work.  I had two bathroom faucets that I wanted replaced as well as the trim kit for the shower.  I had purchased the faucets and trim kit myself.  I spoke with Mr Booth on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday.  He arrived on time.  It took him four hours to complete the work.  He charged an additional $190 for the two hours not covered by the coupon.
Shortly after he left, I noticed that the hot water did not work on one of the faucets.  Also, the other faucet was loose.  I called him the next morning and he said that he would be back to correct the work the following Wednesday.  The next week, I called to verify the appointment the night before.  On Wednesday, he did not show up or answer his phone.  I have since left two messages which have not been returned.
In the end, I had to hire another plumber (for $125) to complete the work that Mr Booth could not complete.  I feel that Mr Booth took too long to perform a relatively simple plumbing task, did substandard work, and is very unprofessional in conducting his business.  I would not work with him again.

He was very nice, made appt. ahead of time for the next week.  Was late, but did call and say he was running late.
Was very polite and immediately got to work.  Was a nice man and very efficient.  I would use him again.

I got the Angie's List special for 99 dollars and called Chris Booth. I called on a Friday and he said he could be out the following Wednesday .   He did show but was over an  hour late he did untop the sewage line in the back and gave a price on repairing the toilet of 169 dollars. He checked the water heater which another company said needed to be replaced and said it was fine.  He said the faucet wasn't leaking and did not replace it.  He said he would call  when the parts came in, He never called so my wife called him the following week and he said he would come Feb 28th at 10am. He never showed - My wife called and left mesaages and  never got a response. 
We had to call another plumber and get them to repair the toliet.  And they replaced the faucet I wanted replaced because it was leaking. And I have the same stoppage in the back yard so I have called another plumber to come and repair that problem.

They did a very yeoman job and I was extremely happy from scheduling to finish.

The technician was methodical in his troubleshooting of the problem and the parts cost was reasonable.  I also appreciated that we did not have to wait a long time to get an appointment.  I would certainly use Booth Plumbing again.

I had in stalled the faucet and disposal myself but hot water wasn't working and disposal had a small leak.  I got the coupon off Angie's list and had the guy come over to look over what I had done and reattach the disposal as I wasn't confident in my install.  He arrived on time and apparently I just didn't let the water run long enough.  I also didn't have as much strenght, as I'm a girl, he tightenen everything up and reinstalled disposal.  I was very happy with the work, wish I had called him to begin with to install.  Will use again as a bathroom remodel in next on my agenda.

I hired this company to fix a problem I had relating to plumbing. He wasn't able to fix the intial problem, but satisfied the coupon by taking care of another plumbing issue.

Called Chris after we replaced our dishwasher and found we had some leaking pipes under the sink. Very nice guy was able to come early the next day. He was very punctual and friendly. He also didn't waste anytime fixing the problem. One of our pipes had a crack which he replaced, and he corrected the other 2 leaks as well. He even hooked the tubing to the dishwasher and then checked that it ran without any leaks. Very professional and thorough. Will definitely use in future for plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Booth plumbing was on top of things right from the moment I called.  Mr. Booth was responsive in calling me back after I left an initial message, he scheduled me in a timely manner and arrived on time.  Mr Booth assessed all of the issued I had and gave me a time-frame up front of how long things would take so I would have a complete understanding up front of how my "Big Deal" purchase would work.  Mr. Booth had to leave to go to Home Depot to get a replacement part and it seemed like he was gone for about 5 minutes.  He worked very efficiently and did a very thorough job.  He was pleasant and did not mess around trying to pad time.  When he finished, he went over all of the issues he had fixed and reviewed the bill which included the "Big Deal" price plus the part he had obtained from Home Depot.  I was extremely satisfied with the work he performed and his price was outstanding.  I'm an extremely picky individual and take great pride in trying to find quality labor at a fair price.  I would definitely recommend Mr. Booth and will use him again when the situation warrants.

We paid for an Angie's listed special which included 2 hours of plumbing service for $99.  The plumbing company originally scheduled for service repair on one day @ 11:00 a.m., and then rescheduled for 4:30 p.m. because of an emergency.  They called us at 4:15 p.m to say he had was not going to make it and needed to reschedule.  We both agreed to reschedule for the next day at 2:00 p.m.  They were a no show and we never received a call explaining their no show.  After two days of not hearing from them, we called and had to reschedule again.  They finally came out and to our surprise, we had to pay an additional $65 for parts and it took less than an hour for them to repair the problem. 
We were having a special event at our home the next day and needed the faucets fixed.  While they eventually fixed the problem, it ended up costing us more money for what seemed to be a simple fix.  We thought the service we paid for included parts, but it did not.
Caution, when pre-paying for a service, be sure that you get the value for the advertised price.  If the estimated time to do the repair work is not going to take as long as the advertised special, it may be better to shop around.  We were in a desperate situation because of a special occassional event we were hosting and it was very close to the holidays.

I received a quick return call from my initial inquiry and we set an appointment for just a couple of days later.
He came exactly on time and went straight to work.
He repaired my sinks quickly and neatly.
All work was explained very clearly before he began and discussed with me anything that was out of the ordinary or if he needed to revise his original plan.
Over all I am very happy with Booth Plumbing and would definitely call them again or recommend them to friends in need of a good plumber.

Paid for service through Angies List. Received phone call in a timely manner to schedule appt. On day of appointment, he called to say he was on his way. He was on time and did what I needed him to do. Pleasant personality.
