"Sometimes people leave reviews based on their emotions and not actual facts. This would be one of those reviews, along with the ones you left in several other places, all exactly the same. It's a shame that you feel lying, swearing, and being rude makes you right. Quite simply, you are not. We are not 100% right either, but you behaved so very poorly when we tried to speak with you, nothing could be brought up. It's important to note that the vast majority of our reviews on this site, and all the others you posted on, have us rated very high. We do not claim to be 100% perfect, 100% of the time, just human like everyone else. What we try to be, though, is better next time, and do our best to make it right this time. Cursing at our Service Manager, the one who reached out to you, belittling him, calling him, the plumber, and the company all kind of names, and screaming at us was probably not the most mature thing to do. Still, we will offer to speak with you again if you would like to call in and ask for the Manager you "spoke" with earlier. We hope you have a wonderful day, a great life, and learn to control your feelings a bit better. Until then, we are here if you need us."
