"[Member Name Removed], thank you for your business!"
"[Member name removed], thank you for your feedback. We look forward to assisting you with any future projects or repairs."
On time; right price; Ian was easy to talk to & worked hard.
They did confirm the appointment about 50 times (about 4-5 really) but I guess folks must be standing them up.
I will use them again for sure.
"[member name removed], thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you with your future projects. In all of our years of being in the service business, we recognize that people's schedules do change in a moment's notice. All though it does not happen often, some customers do not notify us of these changes. Therefore, we find it important to be proactive in the confirmation process. Regards, John Van Orden, Owner"
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for choosing Mr Handyman and taking the time to respond. Regards, John John Van Orden, Mr Handyman"
"[member name removed], based on your rating we obviously did not meet your expectations. I checked your customer account and noticed we do not have a record of any previous feedback. Even though our service was provided over six months ago, I am interested in talking to you about your experience. Please give our office a call to discuss. (281) 296-2700 Regards, John John Van Orden, Owner"
I get it that you're busy and at times you can't keep your scheduled appointments. That's not a problem. The not TELLING me you're not going to be here is a problem. Why make me wait around when you know perfectly well you're not going to be able to get to my house on time? Communicate with your potential customers! Respect our time.
"[Member name] and [Member name]: I sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced last week. All of our morning appointments ran long that day and I know that caused some major inconvenience to you. We have a fully staffed office and have six technicians dedicated to the Woodlands and surrounding areas, to make sure that what you experienced does not occur. Effective communication and keeping our commitments on appointments are basic fundamentals that I expect to deliver 100% of the time. Unfortunately, we failed you on both of those accounts. I am truly sorry and hope to have the opportunity to earn your business. I will follow-up with you by phone as well. Regards, John John Van Orden, Owner Mr Handyman of The Woodlands"
Julian spent two hours at our home replacing worn grout with caulk. He scraped and cleaned each location, then applied caulk. I showed him the areas of concern...he took care of those areas and took it a step further and caulked additional areas that would soon be giving us trouble. During our conversation I told him that he was a very neat person and very picky. He laughed and agreed. In our kitchen he put down a heavy drop cloth next to the sink and kept all his equipment on that cloth.
I like that this company runs background checks on all their service men and require each to be an expert in their field. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to doing business with them again.
