On time; right price; Ian was easy to talk to & worked hard.

They did confirm the appointment about 50 times (about 4-5 really) but I guess folks must be standing them up.

I will use them again for sure.

Julian and his nephew arrived at 8 am sharp and worked hard for 3.5 hours with specialized ladder to replace my impossibly located ceiling lights with LED bulbs. Work was done very efficiently., with great care to work around my furniture. Excellent communication. Super nice guys to work with. Highly recommend this service. Will certainly use them again should I have the need!

Got an appointment from 11-2.  Dashed home to be here for the appointment.   Karen said they would call 1/2 hour before they arrived to tell me they're on their way.   1:45, no phone calls.  Called the main number -- evidently they were running behind.   Didn't bother to tell me and I had been waiting nearly 3 hours.  Karen said she would find out the situation and call me back.   2:45, haven't heard anything.   I then called to cancel the appointment.  Mr. Handyman didn't seem too upset about the loss of business or offer any specials for my wasted time.  
I get it that you're busy and at times you can't keep your scheduled appointments.   That's not a problem.   The not TELLING me you're not going to be here is a problem.  Why make me wait around when you know perfectly well you're not going to be able to get to my house on time?    Communicate with your potential customers!   Respect our time.

The technician replaced a broken hinge on a kitchen cabinet and tightened hinge screws on several others.  He did not have the correct hinge for the cabinet, but quickly found one at Home Depot. In addition, he repaired a kitchen drawer that had a broken back panel.  He attached a drawer panel and drawer pulls in a bathroom.  He was punctual, pleasant and efficient.  I will definitely use them in the future.

They were absolutely terrific. Their pricing was fine. They were on time and even came early. They did not stop working for anything, as far as getting the work done. I called their local franchise. I spoke with John, who is the coordinator. He sent 2 men over to our home to move the furniture. We then had one of them back to do the Christmas lights, which I requested and asked to have both of them back. Everything was wonderful.

Julian spent two hours at our home replacing worn grout with caulk. He scraped and cleaned each location, then applied caulk. I showed him the areas of concern...he took care of those areas and took it a step further and caulked additional areas that would soon be giving us trouble. During our conversation I told him that he was a very neat person and very picky. He laughed and agreed. In our kitchen he put down a heavy drop cloth next to the sink and kept all his equipment on that cloth.

I like that this company runs background checks on all their service men and require each to be an expert in their field. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to doing business with them again.
