Chase did an excellent job keeping me informed and replying to my request.
I appreciate the promptness, professionalism and courtesy.
The young man, Drew arrived on time and we agreed on a price for the window cleaning- inside and outside.
After an hour, Drew said he was done. I inspected the work and found that he had only cleaned the window glass, not the frames the sills , or the tracks. I told him that the job was not done properly, that the window cleaning includes the whole window not just the glass. He told me not to "micro manage" his work. Pretty rude to say to a customer. I phoned the owner and was told the work would be completed to my satisfaction. Drew then left, saying he would not be back!! No follow up at all.
Very poor attitude, incomplete job. $150 an hour for
unskilled labor seems way over priced.."Customer satisfaction to us is our highest priority. Before receiving this review we were not notified of any issues or concerns with the work performed. Immediately after the review was submitted we then made contact to see if there was anyway to resolve any and all problems. We have made every effort to resolve any issues and offered to come back free of charge to do touch ups as we would with all of our customers. She refused and we still have not received payment nor will we pursue payment or her business in the future. Chase Champion Window Cleaning"

He performed the house washing, but was unable to completely remove some of the stains that I had indicated to Chase and Eddie that I wanted removed. He tried twice on some of them, but didn't get the stains removed. He said he cleaned all the gutters and that "they weren't bad. They had mostly roof shingle aggregate." He cleaned all the exterior windows and the inside windows on the back wall of our living room as we agreed.
Chase talked too much and wasn't really fully focused on doing his work. I felt like he wanted to talk to me more than he wanted to do the work he was here to do. He spilled cleaning solution on my floors, my furniture, and on my surround sound sub-woofer. He stained my living room couch.
When he was done he gave me the final price. It was much higher that his father (Eddie) had quoted on his initial visit to my home. I feel the price they charged me was way too high ($660). The total time he was at my home was less than 3.5 hours, so I feel like they gouged me on the price.
The work performed was less than satisfactory, and the result was less than what I expected. The price was way too high, and I was very surprised at the total bill. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend them.
UPDATE: At first, I was dissatisfied with the work and the overall experience. I spoke with the owner of the company, and we mutually agreed on a satisfactory resolution to my issues and concerns. The company is concerned about customer satisfaction and addresses issues quickly.
"With every customer we strive to make every effort to ensure our work and customer service is flawless before we leave. Before any work begins we come out and give a free estimate that includes the discounts we provide to our Angie's list customers. After our work is completed we make a point to notify the customer of any issues that may raise concern with the quality of our services. The following morning we found out through this review that our customer was dissatisfied and immediately responded by coming back to inspect the areas of complaint. We were unable to remove said spots because they were imperfections in the stucco and further pressure would result in damaging the home drastically. The customer also requested a partial refund of the amount of $150.00 and we refunded $200.00 in the hopes of maintaining his home in the future . Once again we are very sorry and hope we can still do business in the future"
We will definitely have Champions Window Cleaning back throughout the year, not just for our windows, but also our power washing, and will gladly refer our friends and family to them.
