Did not know why the machine had leaks on valves and not conditioning the water. I was charged for testing the water when I told him the machine is not working. They me they give free estimates but charged for testing the water which he did not tell me upfront. This company is a scam.

He was not able to clear the lines but it wasn't from his lack of trying. We had to have the tanks pumped out. Guess that happens every few years.

Very impressed with this company. We have a homeowner's policy that covered this repair but the first plumber they assigned to us never answered their phone. The second company they gave me told me that a priority service to them would be the next Monday (this was Friday morning!). The homeowner's policy company then ok'd me to find our own plumber and I called RooterMan. By now it was nearly noon and they had someone out there that afternoon, fixed the problem quickly and were very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again!

They have been there for us thruout the mitigation and rebuild of our home. On call when we needed help, providing not only professional repairs, but caring and understanding for our problems. If they service your area, you absolutely must call Madonna at Edmonds Plumbing.

The technician showed up on time and was very polite. He listened to the problem and considered several options of what could be causing the problem. This involved checking drains, venting, toilet etc. After testing and cleaning the line to the septic it became apparent that the issue was with the septic tank after all. He dug up the septic tank to make sure that was the problem. He also checked out our other tank for us and made the suggestion that we add clean-outs for the houses (gave estimate). He was very thorough and I was pleased. He totally cleaned up the area after his work was through (and put down floor protection in the area he worked). Although their price was on the high end I felt the amount of attention given to the problem combined with the professionalism, punctuality and politeness made it worth it.

Our overall experience was good. Edmonds did a great work. They were on time and professional and easily available. We needed the services quickly in order to help us get settled in. The biggest drawback was the price. We though $250 was too much for the services performed. However, we would use them again.
