I must admit that this is by far the BEST property management company I have ever dealt with! They are always so professional and courteous when we go in, they have a drop off box for late night/early rent drop off, and when you have an issue that needs to be dealt with (like your fence falling down after a West Texas windstorm!!), they are there almost immediately! We have now rented for a year and a few months and they are GREAT!

I was looking for a rental in the area, and I found a number of properties on their web site that I was interested in. I called the office and was able to talk with an agent. I told her the properties that interested me, and said I was open to others if she knew they fit my criteria. We set-up an appointment with me for the next Monday (when I was to arrive in town) to view properties. On Monday, she called me in the morning before our meeting to confirm the properties I wanted to see, then she double checked them and found that all but one was already rented. But then she told me about three other properties that might suit me, and we arranged to view them. Although two were slightly out of my price range (by $50 and $100), the agent understood that my initial range was probably too low for what I needed. (The area was new to me and I didn't know that.) Without any kind of hard sell, she suggested I see these new properties. Although I looked at properties listed wiht other companies and by owner, I leased one of the properties the agent suggested. (Other agencies I contacted simply told me to look at their web sites, and didn't seem make any effort to guide me in my search.) Best of all, I hoped to move in immediately, and the people in the WestMark office were very cooperative in expediting my application the same day, and drawing up the lease for me to sign the next morning. I walked away with keys within 48 hours of my first contact with them. I can't speak at all to the quality of their PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. And since they are only leasing (not managing) the property I chose, I will not be dealing with them regularly. However, as a renter looking for a home, I can say the agent and the office was very helpful.

Description of Work: When our house didn't sell we contracted with WestMark to manage it as a rental. They found a renter in a reasonable amount of time - although - it was July - the best time of year! Jill Haymes was a delight to work with initially - but as soon as renters were in the house the honeymoon was over! Responses to email and phone messages were always past the point. The renters didn't know that the doorbell was wired into the intercom - so when they complained that id did not work - WestMark replaced it with a white plastic "wireless" piece of c . There was nothing wrong with the doorbell - and my electrician re-installed a botton to the original system. Toilet handles were replaced with flimsy white plastic!
