Ordered windows at the end of July. Was told would be September when they would be ready. Windows came in October 28th. (And we were going to cancel if they told us another month.) Scheduled to get them installed, but had to reschedule. I don't recommend unless you have a lot of time and patience. Wanted new windows before Fall/Winter/cold weather. Looks like it may not be til December now. I would've paid more somewhere else, but I'd have windows by now.
