Aside from the outstanding cost, this company did a very good job. They were honest and kept to the schedule they presented. They were not intrusive to me or anyone that lives here. The crew was polite.

The technician climbed onto the roof and ran cable through roof vent to clean out line but only went partway. Essentially pushed the clog deeper in the house and not all the through the house and into the alley. So it was not too long before system backed up again, this time in master bath and laundry room. Wife called Lowery and asked them to come out and do the right thing. They absolutely refused. So we called in Spartan Plumbing who ran cable from roof vent and cleaned out all the way into the alley.
I cannot recommend this plumber.

"The drains were flowing upon departure. A common misunderstanding is that all clogs can move downline, they do not. No doubt if the tenant or the owner called us we informed them that we would come out, but for an additional charge as this was not the same issue. Clearly a separate and distinct one. When this occurs customers become frustrated and at times resort to broad statements of unsubstantiated facts."

They are competitive in price. The quality of work was fine but I had a little bit of an issue with something they had. If you pay $150 they will come out and look at your heating and A/C twice a year for 3 years and they will call and let you know when they would be coming out. They never called and I had to call them to have them come out. I advanced paid that and once they were out here they did the work and I had no issue with the work they did I just had trouble getting them out here.

They were excellent. They got the job done when they said they were going to do. They put rugs done to protect all my rugs. Then the people who closed up the walls; I can't tell where they closed up the walls and where the wall was open. It was very good. There was no compare the price to; they were the only people that do this in the area.

They have been here for many years. They are very professional and very courteous. They never took a break. The work was excellent and they cleaned up. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They are an excellent company and I would use them again. Their prices were comparable.

They could have done the work better. They destroyed my fence to get the work done. They destroyed the yard. I spent around $6000, which I wasn’t happy about. They were friendly. They knew what was going. I will not use them again in the future.

"We checked the address of (member's address) and found that to be (apartment complex). We then checked for the name of (member) and could not find him in the customer's file. We did however put a new sewer line at (apartment complex) but we were never paid for the work we performed at their complex so we are at a loss as to who (member) is."
