This car is a 1999 300M Chrysler. It had been making a loud noise intermittently for several months. As I happened to be a block away from Phillips one afternoon when the noise began again, I pulled in to see to see if they could determine what the problem might be. He kindly stepped outside, heard the noise, lifted the hood to check it out and determined it was the cooling fan. Since it was important to get it repaired ASAP, he asked me to bring it in first thing the next morning. After leaving the car with him the next morning, he called later to advise me of the cost of the repair and by the end of the day, I had my car back.
They have assisted me multiple times with various issues with this car and have always been courteous, dependable and prompt with their work.

I am a long time customer of Jim Phillips and have had various repairs over the years and Tommy Phillips runs the best shop in town. Tommy will look out for you and never sell you something you don't need, and if they repair it, they stand behind it. I've referred others to Jim Phillips and Tommy always takes great care of them. You can trust him.
