Armstrong Mechanical

After the servicemen left, I called Armstrong and asked for a supervisior. The supervisior told me that the office sent out the wrong tech and that he would see to it that the unit was serviced. He explained to me that they had, in fact, installed several Jason's Water System units in the past but had stopped doing so because of a lack of service from Jason's Water Systems. He assured me that I would not be charged for Armstrong sending out the wrong tech and that Armstrong would make sure my unit would be serviced. A week later (on 2/14/12) I called Armstrong Mechanical and asked for the supervisior. I was told that he was not in that day and was directed to his voicemail. After leaving a message, I waited an additional week and called Armstrong back on 2/21/12. I was told the supervisior was in a meeting and would call me back. I asked to talk to the supervisior's supervisior and was told he was not available either. After several evasive answers from the person who answered the phone, I was finally given the next level supervisor's name so that I could contact him in the future. Two minutes later I received a callback from the original supervisior. He told me that the part was ordered but that Jason's water system had very poor customer service and would ship the part if and when they felt like it. He stated that Jason's Water Systems is a small priviately held company and just didn't care about customer service. He said that he would have someone look into it. I told him that I would wait for his call. It is now over a month since my last call and almost two months since the original service call. I had received no call back from Armstrong, so a couple of days ago, I called Armstrong and canceled the service request. I consider the issue closed and an example of poor customer service from both Jason's water systems and Armstrong Mechanical. I guess neither company cares about customer service.

They are two people who do the work. The first time, the job was average. The second time, the job was done very well. They were thorough, and their customer service was very good.

The guys from Armstrong are outstanding! I had just bought a new clothes dryer when mine stopped heating properly. The guys came to install it and said I couldn't use it until I had the dryer duct cleaned. I called Armstrong They said they could come out the following morning between 9 and 10am. They arrived at exactly 9am! The guys were super friendly, super professional and extremely quick! Was a very bad lint clog and they were done within 45 minutes! They were respectful and very sweet to my 4 year old autistic son who was quite curious about everything going on. I will definitely be calling Armstrong again for any of my HVAC, plumbing and duct cleaning needs.

They were very good. They replaced the gas line on August 3rd and the capacitor on August 16th. They were prompt and they did a good job. The last time they were out here it was after 5 o'clock that my air conditioner wasn't working. They came out and fixed it. I gave me a discount and I also got their special plan so I didn't have to pay extra charges though it was after 5 o'clock. I was very pleased. As I told before they ended up replacing my gas line but they had to look for leaks when they were out here four or five times. They pressured it up. It was expensive because they had to put in an outside line. We didn't have a lot of choices when we had a gas leak.

The crew were here for 4 days of work. They set up, cleaned up, and were delightful to have around. Their knowledge and professionalism is what convinced us they were right for the job. They tackled a real mess and it turned out perfect. They had great respect for our home and bounderies. We have no complaints.

There was no charge because it was all under warranty. We would use them again.

I returned from vacation to find the A/C running, but no air being circulated. I called Armstrong late that night to explain the situation. They called the following morning and set an appt for later that day, and fixed the problem, cleaned and serviced the unit in 35 min. and wet up a return call to find a coolant leak.Very happy with the service call.

The air condition in my condo unit was blowing out hot hair and not cold. When I called Armstrong, the person that answered the phone was very friendly and responsive to my air conditioning concerns. She said a dispatcher would call me so that I would be aware when they were coming to my home. About 10 minutes later the dispatcher called and said a technician would be there within 5 minutes since he was in the area. The technician who came was professional and took his time in finding out what the problem was. He realized that I needed a new capacitor. I immediately felt cool air when he changed it and he said it would get colder within 20 minutes or so. He left and I was content. However, when I came home later that evening I noticed my air was cool, but not cold like it normally is. I called Armstrong the next morning and asked if they could send someone to my place again to check on the problem. When i asked the operator if I would be charged again for having them come out a 2nd time she said not. The same technician came again and washed my air conditioning unit and said it was low on refrigerant. He fixed the problem and I am living like an eskimo again. I was not charged for the second visit at all. I would strongly recommend this company for anyone who is having problems with their air conditioning unit. They are friendly, prompt, professional, affordable, reliable, and most importantly a WONDERFUL COMPANY! If I could rate this company an A+++++++++ I would!

I did not think our air conditioning unit was cooling properly so I called Armstrong. They were very responsive and we set up a service call with a quote of $120. The technicians arrived on time. Before they began inspecting they talked to me about a twice yearly service they could perform on my entire system and it would only cost $25 more than the quote. I agreed to the terms. The technicians then explained the different parts of my furnace, blower, and air conditioner system. They showed me how to clean them. They fixed my issue and got our unit cooling properly. I am very thankful to them and will definitely use them again.

The service is great from the very beginning. The people that answer the phones are very friendly and find someone to come out quickly. The past three times that I have had to call in the past few years, someone has always responded that very same day...great when your old heater goes out right in the middle of a cold front!! A part that covers the vent from the roof blew off in the wind and you could see the sky from inside. I called and someone was here within the hour that I called. The guy that came out was friendly and professional. He was able to find the piece that blew off and said it was only attatched by one screw so he put it back on and added more screws so this would not happen again! It was a great experience as usual!

They were knowledeable and informative on all levels and were able to explain what was going on so I could understand it.

I have a rental properity and the tennant called this company because there was water dripping from the inside A/C unit. A tech came out and quoted a $600.00 repair job. My tennant thought that was extream and decided to take a look at the unit himself. He found that the drain line from the A/C coil was plugged up. He cleared the line and saved me at least $600.00.

Very prompt, they make an appointment and show up. If you have lots of things that you need done, they are able to help you with all of this. They have an individual specialist for all types of work.

They arrived on time, removed the old faucet, installed the new faucet within 30 minutes, cleaned up the area and left.

They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. All there work is excellent. They work a lot with us.
