I used Petco for the first time and their service is really great. They asked their customers what services they want for their pets and didn't ask for extra charge.

They went out of their way to take time to discuss various advantages of the foods that they carried. They matched the competitors price, even though theirs was not on sale. They are very responsive in helping you find the information that you need. They even stayed 20 minutes after they had closed to help me. When I went to check out they didn't say a word , they just carried everything out for me.

The type of food my husband and I get for our dog is very expensive. The store carries the type of food we need for our dog. The brand of dog food we get is great.
