Parke Way Family Fitness & Recreation Center

I have been visiting this facility off and on for about 10 years. They have a very nice facility and have all of the latest equipment. It is very clean. I do not like that you have to sign up for a year at a time. I wish they had membership options for 6 months or less. I have had a personal trainer in the past.

What I didn't like was that their parking lot was small, but outside of that, it was easy to get in and out of. You can go in and just work out. Everybody was extremely friendly. I've never had any issues. Everything was always available whenever I needed to use it. I would have liked to see their hours longer though,

Shalon at Parke Way Fitness is truly amazing. She listened to my concerns and worked with me patiently to achieve these goals. She worked with my schedule, even rearranging hers to fit me in. I had medical issues when I came to her so working on my strength was paramount and she understood that. Very professional, patient and kind but her workouts are killer! Highly recommend her!

They went to pace classes. I stayed and exercised with my dad several times and they did not ever charge me. Their rates are very reasonable. They are all very sweet and personable there.
