It went just fine. It took a long time for them to get it done and it went back and forth. The guy that came out was nice and the work was great. The yard looks great and he was good to add in and take at. All in all, I have no complaints. They were here when they said they would be. They did the job. They smiled and also were courteous.

They arrived on schedule, and they did a great job.  In fact, I was really impressed that they were able to remove all of the leaves in my yard which numbered in the thousands.

It was fine. They did what I asked them to do. They came within a reasonable amount of time after I requested it. I was happy with it. I think they were there that long and two people worked. Pricing was fine, I was happy with that too.

It was ok in the end. I bought this service through Angie's Deal, three men for two hours of yard work. They never called me. All communication was done through Angie's List email. I told them exactly what I wanted. They replied with reasons that the service might cost more, like hauling off debris, additional tools, extra man hours, etc. I replied that I didn't wish to pay more so they should get the leaves up first and then trim the two bushes if they had time. Since Plano picks up yard debris, I said they could leave the bags out back. They arrived on Monday morning. There were only two men. English seemed a bit of a challenge, but I was able to communicate what I wanted. The ground was wet, so they were unable to get up all the leaves, but got up most of them. They did not have time to trim the bushes, and they left my patio furniture in disarray. Not a big deal, but I was a bit disappointed. They bagged all of the leaves in garbage bags which the city will not pick up, so we were looking at having to rebag them in paper bags. Not too happy about that. They emailed asking about my experience and I told them. They sent the same guys back out on Friday. They hauled off the bags and trimmed the bushes for no additional charge. The ground was still wet, so didn't ask them to try and get the leftover leaves. So, ultimately, I got what I wanted. Mostly. It just took two trips and a lot of email.

They were on time. I paid for three hours of yard clean up but two guys showed up for 1 1/2 hours instead. The yard looks much better and they got to everything on my list but I was surprised that one guy used all electric tools while the other did not. Probably could have found something else to do with their time if they'd both had electric/ gas powered tools. But again, overall a good job and the guys were friendly and professional.

We were contacted right away after purchasing the big deal. They were prompt for our appointment. They got what was need done quickly. We have used them before. We liked everything about this company. Everything went very well. They finished everything on my list.

I purchased an Angie's List deal, but never redeemed it.

I purchased the "Big Deal" service for 8 hours of fall clean up.  The scheduling was done through email promptly and efficiently.  The gentlemen who did the work arrived on time and did an excellent job.  They picked up all the leaves (and there were a lot). They trimmed the shrubs and crepe myrtle trees just as we requested.  We were very pleased with the entire process.

They did a great job and the plants are thriving.

They did what is specified in the deal description.

It went fantastic.  They re-designed what a previous landscaper flubbed... I couldn't open the front door at night without being blinded by the first so called design of the first company I used.  DJ came by to take a look and immediately saw the issues.  He and his crew repositioned and added lights for a design that now looks great.  They also came back to repair some of the lights left by the first company.

I was very satisfied with Wilson Landscape Design.  I would recommend them and will be using them again.

Cleaned out beds.   Showed up on time, very polite, and provided excellent service. I will use this contractor again in the future.

They worked very hard and accomplished more than I expected. I will definitely be calling on them again in the spring.

Before we were using a flash light to follow the dogs in the yard.  Monday morning I left for work and when I got home there was light.  It was seamless no problems, we now have a transformer that will support the LED lights in the back yard and when we go to put lights in the front yard it will support them as well.   We are so happy with the over all project.

John was very reasonable and understanding that I needed service sooner. I also didn't realize he was based out of Louisville, which is not close to where I live.

Landscape looks great

I am extremely satisfied.  Only two men showed up so they worked an extra half hour.  They worked quickly & finished everything well within the time frame.  They were very courteous & friendly.  They did an excellent job & left my yard clean & tidy.  It was money very well spent.  Would have taken me a day & a back ache to do the work myself.......and they did a better job than I could have done.
