Dave at Metrocrest has been helping us for years. My upstairs A/C is almost 20 years old, and has had issues each of the last few summers. Each time I called Metrocrest, and Dave is always there quickly to get it running again, and never at a huge expense. He went through the issues with me each time, talked about what could be done, and even gave tips on maintenance that I can perform myself to help with costs. This summer I knew it was time to replace old parts. I called up Metrocrest, and Dave showed up to inspect it one last time and give me a quote. I had already researched it, and his quote was very reasonable. He even did a quick fix up on the system then to make sure it would run enough until I finally scheduled the upgrade. When I called in for that, he gave me a date to install that was before I could even make free time. On the day of install, his team showed up first thing, and had all the work done in a few hours. I've never had to go through another A/C company once I found Metrocrest, and if anything goes wrong in the future, I'll go right back to them.

Great! Dave was very helpful and accommodating even tried to talk the three steps on the phone. Came out w/in 24 hrs.

He showed up when he said he would. Found the problem quickly replaced the parts, tested everything and we were cool again.

Dave is punctual, Polite, Professional & courteous. He does an excellent job and is reasonably priced.

Dave was on time, charged a reasonable fee and was informative but not chatty.

Called metro crest the afternoon of 4/26, AC was not producing cold air. Dave came the following morning, 4/27 at 9 am. Diagnosted the problem & 30 minutes later we had cold air again.

This was being performed at a rent house after the tenants complained about the AC not cooling. I called Dave from Metrocrest and he came out and assessed the situation. As it turned out the compressor was bad and needed a whole new unit inside and out. Dave did a great job informing me about the new refrigerant and why the new system was needed. He was very knowledgeable and great at sharing the needed information. After sleeping on it I contacted Dave and informed him to proceed and he was ready to go. A few days later was the first day I had availability to have it done. They arrived on time, finished the work in a timely manner and at a high quality. Very pleased with how everything went.

I have used Metrocrest for many years now and I have always been extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and guarantee provided. Dave Maltsberger is very professional, honest and stands behind the work. He is punctual and does not play any games when it comes to servicing his customers. He does not try to "upsell" services or suggest unneeded repairs but he will always tell you straight as to what your options may be in any repair situation.

Great been using metro crest for several years now. They always call twice a year to set a time to come out & orange the filters and general maintenance. If there’s a problem. It’s not in problem with metro crest .Have complete confidence in Dave.

Dave always calls our office to let us know when we are due for our air conditioner / heater checks I never have to call him as he keeps track of our due dates. He also is so accommodating to our times as this is a dental office and we need special times and dates. Also he is so friendly, kind and efficient. We like him so much that we even ask him to work on our home air conditioner.

Dave checked 3 air conditioning units, changed filters, did a complete spring assessment and explained everything he did. He arrived right on time, took the used filters to discard of them himself and left the work area spotless. Have used dove for 28 years and recommend him to everyone.

I wasn't impressed with them and they didn't seem to care much about my business so I went with someone else

I have used them for 20 years and had good luck with them on my last service. They came out, did the job relatively quick and it worked right off the bat; I have not had any problems with it. I use them because they are honest and treat me fair.

It was a week in which we had 5-7 days of over 100 degree temperatures. My down stairs A/C stoped working. Luckly I had A/C in the upstairs. I called Metrocrest Heating and A/C and the owner, Dave, returned my call promptly and because it was a Sunday and I did at least have A/C upstairs he agreeded to come out on Monday. He even advised he had to attend a funeral on Monday, but he understood that everyone needs A/C in that type of heat and said as soon as he was fininished with the funeral service he would come out. Which he did call at about 4pm and advised he was on his way and would be there in 45 min. He arrived exactly ontime. Cheked the bad unit and found the problem immediately. when finished he even checked the 2nd unit and found everything to be fine.

Perfect. He was on time. He performed services (like cleaning the coil) that most companies do not automatically do with a system check

Dave is always good about calling me back as he doesn't have office staff. I find that he is reasonable and I have been happy with his work. I will continue to use him.

I'VE BEEN USING DAVE FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS. HE'S ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE'S NEVER TRIED TO SELL ME THINGS I DON'T NEED, AND IN FACT HAS TALKED ME IN TO LOWER COST OPTIONS THAN THOSE I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN. HE'S ONE OF THE FEW SERVICE PROFESSIONALS I HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN.
