At that point, we never could figure out what the problem was then the problem occurred again so he came back out to look at it and was able to kind of figure out what it was. He didn't charge me for the service call the second time.

They made suggestions on the phone that fixed it. I appreciate their honesty and quickness in responding.

He was on time, very nice and very knowledgeable on every problem I had. This time around it was my refrigerator was not making ice and he came looked at it and worked on it for over a hour and got it running again but it was more than expected because my freezer had leaked water all over and was covered with ice so he had to thaw whole freezer, so it took more time to finish work. I have used him before for other projects great guy, great prices he is my go to guy.

He did an exelent job. the only thing I was disappointed with was some of the material was cheap, specifically the decking. Didn't feel safe to walk on. Had him double-up on the some of the decking and the rest I double  up myself.

Everything turned out well.  He showed on time, he was professional and friendly, and he did a good job with the toilet's installation.  Furthermore, Justin is a handyman which means he can tackle all kinds of household projects, but he charges a flat-fee by the hour which can sometimes mean slightly higher prices.  What's more is that the new toilet had a manufacturer's defect, but Justin did a good job of finding a replacement piece to solve the problem.  He also did a good job of following up with me to make sure the replacement piece was functioning properly and without issue.

Larry was terrific. He returned my call same day. He asked me questions to help determine the problem. He then called my wife to get the model number on the refrigerator. He ordered the part. It was a motor. He said it would take a few days for the part to come in. He called me the next day to let me know the part was ordered. He showed up a few days later with the correct part and replaced the ice maker motor. It works great.

The ceiling fans in the house has been installed correctly. He was able to remove these and put the new ones in securely. He was friendly, efficient and even said a prayer for us before he left. It was a wonderful experience all around!

I contacted Larry at Justin Repairs through Angie's list late one night, and he was out at my home the next morning.  He correctly identified the issue with my dishwasher, and was able to schedule the repair between showings while my house was active on the market.  His Christian character is what I remember most from this stressful time.  I highly recommend Larry at Justin Repairs.

Excellent!  Mr. Rosenbaum provided an estimate for the repairs we requested and stayed within budget (finished a little under the estimate!), worked quickly and efficiently.  Every repair was done perfectly and he is a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend Justin Repairs to everyone!

Larry was on time both days, and very professional.  He continually kept me informed of all progess and any problems that came up.  He did an excellent job, and I will use him again.

I originally scheduled for Saturday, and Larry was very patient & understanding when I had to reschedule at the last minute.  
He gave me a courtesy 'I'll be there in 15-20 mins' heads up call prior to arrival, and arrived promptly.  
He got right to work, and did quality work.  
He also took the time to discuss with me other projects I need done, and has been providing me with helpful information that will help me decide which product to purchase to do the next job.
One of the big criteria I use when choosing a provider of services is that they must be insured.  Larry is insured.
I also like that he is a Christian, and is not afraid to declare it.
This project is something that I could have done myself, but I am getting to that point in my life where I weigh the cost of my time/effort against the cost of a professional.  I felt that having Larry perform this service was very much more cost effective.  (and a stress reducer, too).

Over the five month period, Larry installed new curtain rods in 3 bedrooms, changed out blinds in kitchen and living room, installed a new ladder into the attic access opening, attached a decorative handle to a stainless steel drawer, installed shelving on the wall in the laundry area and replaced old door knobs with decorative ones throughout the house.  Many of these tasks required a great deal of ingenuity and patience but we never saw Larry "lose his cool."  He is efficient, always arrives in a timely manner, always cheerful and a craftsman with a great deal of pride in his work.   We will rely on Larry in the future and will be happy to recommend him to our family and friends.

He was very nice, courteous and I felt genuinely cared about my family and my home.  I saw his van last week at a neighbor's home, and it reminded me that I have a long list of things I need help with -- will definitely use again.

Went well. He was prompt on arrival and polite. Gentleman assumed too much concerning the install concerning enlargement of the holes, orientation of the panels and whether or not to install the temperature sensors. He did not ask concerning any of these, but did tell us what work he had/had not completed at the end of the job. He did not enlarge the holes, which is causing cavatation of the air internal to the vents and prevents maximum air flow. The panel orientation is easy to adjust and not a big deal. The temperature sensors are used to control on/off at certain temperatures. Install of the sensors isn't a big deal and I will install. He is a good man, works hard. Just make sure he understands that you may have input prior to / during the job so you get specifically what you want.

After learning that I was somewhat displeased with the initial work he performed, he contacted me and made arrangements to perform a more thorough job. He arrived on time, went straight to work and performed all of the work needed. This is a man of integrity and believes in making his customers satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend him for any work and will use his services again, if needed. 

It was kind of a big job to clear the drain and it took about an hour.

They were very good! They were very good and fast. I was very pleased with them.

The date is approximate, I can't remember the exact date, or the price for that matter. But,it was around that price.

Justin and his crew did a great job.  The only thing I was a bit dissapointed with was that one guy did one tree and another guy did the other tree and it was like they did not communicate to each other such that each tree was trimmed to the same degree.  In other words lthey left leaving one tree trimmed back far more than the other tree.   Looked odd when viewing the yard... I had to get out my branch saw and finish the job... but other than that nice work...
