Our garage door opener stopped working on a Sunday morning. After doing
some research, it appeared that the opener was not the problem, but
rather the springs or balance on the door.
I emailed the company on Sunday and they responded mid-day Sunday to indicate they would call me Monday. They called first thing Monday and were able to stop by the same day. The springs were replaced and the door was working properly before I got home from work.
Very easy process and great service.

Gary is an honest and competent person. Another company wanted to replace my 5 year old garage opener for $665.00. Called Gary and he thought he could fix it, not replace it. He came by and did a great job. He would not accept payment until a few days passed. He wanted to make sure it was fixed to our satisfaction. Gary's manners are impeccable and he is truly a pleasure to have in your home. You can not go wrong with Gary at Genie. Side note: I have used Genie in the past with great results. I misplaced his number and had another service come by.

Kevin arrived quickly even though they thought it was going to be a couple of hours later. He was courteous and took one look at what the door was doing and went straight to the problem. He pulled out the broken part and showed it to me. He thought he might have the replacement part on his truck but did not. He immediately went back to his shop, got the part, came back and was done in under a half hour. He gave me a tip on when to oil it again to keep it working smoothly.
He was honest with me when I asked if it was time to replace the motor. He told me it was not necessary that it was not through its life expectancy. I really appreciated that.!!
Overall, he did a great job and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone that needed an honest person to tell them what they really need.

Arrived on time, performed services quickly and completely, cleaned up traces of having been there, charged appropriately (surprised it wasn't more). Is also getting me a repeater for free, so my Chev 2500HD will work with my garage door opener, in addition to my Toyota. All in all, a perfect professional install.

The service was excellect. I contacted Mr Fincher and he made a appointment to come out the same day. He did an assessment, gave me a quote. When he offered to handle it today, I was grateful, since I had put off getting it fixed for over a year. He went to work, replaced parts, made adjustments as required. It works great. He made my day!!

These guys were fantastic! We needed a garage door and opener since our opener went bad and the garage door broke.
Cory stopped by and provided a quote. He didn't try to upsell us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. In fact, he came by later in the day and installed a garage door lock for free on our old garage door for security. We schedule a date and time to replace the opener and garage door and they were on time. The new garage door and opener were installed professionally. Being a self proclaimed handyman, I had already purchased the springs, and was preparing to do the spring repair myself. That is until my wife over-heard the installation video talking about how incredibly dangerous the repair is, how Home Depot and Lowes stopped selling the springs in stores because of liability concerns, and so on. So she stepped in, and ordered me to find a professional to do the work.
I contacted Genie, and had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. He was there right on time, performed the work quickly and safely, and left the door in better shape than before the failure.
I would highly recommend this company. They are very professional and had better pricing than I had received from Home Depot and a few other companies.

I had issues with the sensors on my garage door. I'm pretty handy and tried troubleshooting the issue myself with no luck. Had no choice but to call and have them come out. When I called Gary said he would be happy to come out but believed it was something I could fix myself and walked me through a couple of check points. Sure enough it worked like a charm and I'm back online. Saved me a $85 service call.

Cory showed up promptly and ready to work! We were amazed at how professional and quickly this young man was able to accomplish the work that was to be done. Mr. Fincher arrived at exactly the promised time and removed the old opener and put in the new opener. It was obvious this wasn't his first rodeo. He had the new opener up and running in less than 45 minutes. Every step of the installation was done quickly and accurately. He thoroughly explained the new system and cleaned up his mess. I will definitely use this business again if the need arises.

They were just great! They came out the same afternoon I called them and were able to fix the door. They gave us a discount and the doors work great now!

Gary's son, Corey, arrived quickly and on time and he adjusted the garage door sensors as it would not open. He also lubricated the springs and programed all 3 remotes. I couldn't believe how quiet it was afterwards! I would highly recommend this company!

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE with Genie Sales and Service this week! This time we had to go beyond the routine maintenance, to a full replacement of the opener and remotes, including synching with an uncooperative electric gate. Despite the obstacles and the cold weather, Cory kept a smile on his face and delivered a super quiet opener and better remotes! What a deal!

I have just bought a new house which has a Genie garage door opener that was not working and had no remotes for it. I called Gary and was so surprised, though grateful, that he was able to come out the same day! Gary arrived just a couple of hours later and went right to work. Not only was he able to fix the garage door opener, he serviced the door itself, provided two new remotes, programed a new code for the opener and remotes, and gave me good recommendations on the life expectancy of the garage door and opener and approximate replacement costs. Gary also went over how to operate the Genie and what to look for and do if the door doesn't open. He was very courteous and respectful and I will absolutely go to him when it's time to replace the door and opener. Thank you Gary!

I was having trouble with my garage doors jamming for a 3 car garage (a double door and a single door) and

I called Genie Sales and Service to check them out. They were on time and showed up exactly when they said they would. After inspecting the doors, they advised what needed to be done and offered several options from simply fixiing the problem to replacing some parts so that it would improve their operation. They also adjusted some items they discovered while working on the doors and did not charge me any extra. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and reasonableness of their rates.

Would recommend very highly. Removed non-functioning garage door opener and installed anew Genie opener. Kept me informed on their arrival time and arrived as expected. Very neat removing old opener and debris. Reprogrammed new and existing remote controls from old opener. They ensured everything was functioning correctly before they left.

Cory came by early Tuesday (18th) and quickly diagnosed the problem. He suggested three remedies in detail including approximate costs and asked which met my needs/budget. He then said he would get the needed part and return later in the afternoon. He came as promised, performed the replacement of the faulty control board and other general service, and made sure the door worked properly. He then reset two remote controls and set the one in my vehicle.
He was pleasant, professional, and thorough. My garage door works perfectly now. I am very pleased with the service and the price.
