Had the rear deck replaced in July under emergency situation, Scheduled the front deck be quoted and reworked in October. Price was plenty reasonable for front and decks, quality material, workmanship, and excellent clean up of site and haul off debris. After the work on the rear deck there was no questions about him doing the front when the weather was a little cooler. I would strongly recommend Francisco and crew to anyone, no problem.

They did all the original specifications per my request and after we agreed on the work to be done, they not only worked with both our Homeowners Association on getting the proper approvals but also the City for the proper permits. They started the work as promised (weather permitting) and completed the work as designed, on schedule and left the work area clean with minimal disruption. The new patio and pergola look great and we are very happy that we found Extraordinary Fence N Patios to do the work! You should consider using Extraordinary Fence N Patios for your project.
