Complete tankless water heater with descaler. Top notch work.

Recently I had a kitchen faucet I needed replaced. Went to Lowes and picked up a Moen faucet but I could not get the old one out. Usually I'm pretty handy but this time I needed help. I called several places and no one could get to me. This went on for two weeks. I saw C&W on nextdoor.com and people seemed to be happy with them. I called and initially had an appointment but they too could not get to me ether. Customer service seemed to be a bit confused at times. As I was about to give up I get a call and they sent Mo the Plumbing Pro out. He had my faucet replaced and working in no time at all. Mo gave me the friendly expert service I was looking for at a fair price. He answered all our questions and gave great plumbing advice. He is the reason I am giving 5 stars. Mo you totally rock! Thanks.

This was my first experience using C&W Plumbing, but be assured it won't be my last. I was very happy they were willing to work me in after my regular plumbing company, who I have used for past 12 years, were too busy. I was expecting company from Denmark within a couple of weeks. Mario was my technician who did the work and it was done in a very efficient manner. He replaced the drain stopper in my guest bath and one of my bathrooms upstairs, along with the tub spout and overflow valve cover. He also cleaned the sink drain of hair and gunk. While here I asked him to order parts and do more work after my company left, which he did. He was easy to communicate with, used covers over his shoes, and wrote up estimates of the charges before he did the work. I was very pleased. with his work and his respectful attitude.

Work was done well but took a redo since due to a failed inspection. Mario did great working with us on adjustments and getting exactly what we wanted to be done. I would higher them again.

Keith was awesome! His expertise and hard work got us through the job and my kitchen sink has been restored to functionality. Very pleased and will call again if plumbing needs arise.
