Amazing. He was prompt, did a thorough exam of the home. Emailed a detailed diagram with a watering plan to prevent future damage. Did not find problems or try to sell unnecessary services. Membership in Angies list was worth it just to find this company.

It has turned out alright so far. We're in the middle of the watering plan and we're supposed to continue it until end of April and then they'll come back, re-measure and see if it has improved and if not then we'll proceed with the foundation leveling. The price that they gave me, I thought was very, very good. In fact, my wife and I are, at this point considering going ahead and doing the foundation leveling whether the watering program is successful or not, because if the watering program is successful that means that we would be watering two to three times a week around the foundation whereas putting the piers and leveling would prevent that and probably save us money in the long run. I'm very happy with it. Kevin was very good and very professional. He explained everything pretty well to us. People in the office that we talked to were very good and very service-oriented and I have no complaints at this time. The big deal was purchased on February 17th. On the 17th, I got an email from them. Through the email, we set up a date of 26th of February at 1:30. He arrived about 10 to 15 minutes early. That was fine also. As I told them we were retired, so there was no problem with us waiting. We paid $55 to Angie's List. At this point he has charged us nothing. He has furnished us a quote on the foundation repair, if we decide to go ahead with it. I would have no problem recommending their service to anyone else.

I liked the service. They were flexible on time and he actually got there early. He did a good job of laying out the map of the home and the numbers. I was pleased as the service was thorough.

I was very pleased with the service provided by A-1 Guaranteed Foundation Repair. Jeff came out at the time scheduled, completed the foundation inspection, including going down into the crawl space under our pier and beam home. He then took time to explain that he found no major issues. There was one area with a small difference in the elevation and he provided an estimate to shim up that one area. Jeff did a very thorough job of answering some questions I had and did not apply any pressure to perform the additional work which I appreciated. The preventative watering plan was a pretty generic write up but still informational for north Texas soils. He provided a hand drawn rendition of the various elevations for each room which was not terribly professional looking but still gave me all the information I needed. I did not do the additional work that was estimated. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and was very glad I had the inspection done.

We fount this service provider to be very professional, courteous and responsive. I was delayed at work and had to call to move my evening appointment back, and they were very accommodating. I wanted an inspection because I've had previous foundation work done and have seen some new cracks. A-1 reassured me that nothing was critical (unless I was selling my house), and provided a very reasonable estimate for the recommended additional piers. When the time comes for that work, we'll give them a call!

They were quick. The experience was very good. They did a good inspection, he checked everything and made sure my foundation was okay. He gave me some advice on a little place I need to do some work on. He didn't talk around, he's very efficient and a good guy to work with.

He called first, was professional, showed up when he said he would, and did his inspection in a timely manner without being disruptive.

The inspector arrived on time and heard my concern. He did thorough checking and gave his observation. He however was not able to answer my concerns like why i am seeing hair crack in walls etc. Regards Ashutosh
