My experience was alright.  Actually it wasn't bad at all because they installed a product that had to be covered under a warranty and they took care of it with no question.  From that standpoint it was pretty good.  I guess maybe cause what I had done I thought their prices were on a rocket, but other than that, it had to be done.  They put it in for me originally and they came when I know there was something wrong because it wasn't hot all the time.  I called them and they came and replaced it under their warranty as opposed to the manufacturer's warranty.  It's been fixed and it's running fine now.  I don't have anything bad to say about Excalibur except the guy should have told me about that mechanism in the machine that can recycle itself on and off.

I would say the experience was, probably, like a B. It was under warranty work so everything they did was on a warranty coupon.  They did not really resolve the issue completely. It did make some slight improvement.

Everything went well.  He did a fine job and I had no problems.  It was just the price of the Big Deal and nothing additional.  It was a good value for the price.  The appointment was set very quickly.  He was punctual and quite professional.

I think I have used them a year before when they had a special on cleaning the hot water tanks, though I am not sure.  They were very professional and on time.  They quoted a price and stood by it.  Overall, they did a very good job.

The city had brought in a backhoe and done repairs.  However, I had several versions from the teams of what needed to be done.  Given there had been numerous problems on my street, I wanted someone to double check to be sure that there would be no problems in the immediate future on my part of the line and that the city had completed what was needed on the city portion.
Excalibur scheduled an appointment quickly, was pleasant and professional when they arrived, scoped the line and reported back to me.

I started hearing vibration sound near my pipe inlets. Called Excalibur. Roy came with his helper. Checked the list of things to identify the source of the problem. Narrowed it down to prv immediately. Provided me with all options. Got it replaced and no more vibration sound. Very professional. I strongly recommended tham.

On a Sunday night (of course), my wife and I noticed evidence of a leak in our front yard. It didn't seem major, so we waited until Monday a.m. to call our usual service company. They reported they had no one available for two days. We didn't want to waste more expensive water, so looked at other plumbing companies on Angie's List. (In the meantime, we called our lawn service, which sent out their sprinkler system tech, to be sure it wasn't a leak in the control box. Excellent service from them.) We picked Excalibur Plumbing, based on ratings and reviews. When we called, we got a friendly, courteous, and professional response with the promise of an appointment that afternoon. The plumber arrived on schedule, introduced himself (Curtis), and proceeded to locate the source, dig around the leak, and repair it. When Curtis finished the line repair, he also checked and drained our water heater tank at no extra charge. He left stickers showing emergency shutoff procedures for the heater, as well. All in all, an excellent, efficient, and professional job. We'll use them again.

On return trip, completed project, cleaned up and left things neat.
