I really needed my outside faucet replaced, it was not working properly and was very hard to turn off, to prevent leaking. I called Excalibur Plumbing and they sent Curtis out to fix my issue. He was very friendly, courteous and easy to work with. I use this faucet a lot in the summer time to water my flower bed and my yard. It's now working better than ever! Thanks Curtis!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Eddie visited our house the very day we called about our water heater. He came out, inspected the very tough location where the water heater is located and delivered an estimate with 3 options on the spot. We decided which direction to go and let Eddie know at which time he promptly scheduled our installation. On the day of install he arrived when he said he would, put down every type of floor protection you can imagine and proceeded the very difficult task of manipulating a 50 gallon water heater out of a small closet 10 feet up in the air. He worked with his partner to remove the old one, replumbed and installed the new one, again in a very tight space. Eddie ran all new venting to the outside, added electronic monitoring, and crawled under the house several times to make certain the drains were all functioning properly. We could not ask for better service and the attention to detail was amazing. This is our second experience with Excalibur Plumbing and they have both been wonderful experiences. Great customer service!!!!

For a non-exciting task, we had a great experience replacing 3 old leaky toilets. Eddie G did a great job removing the old toilets and cleaning the area before putting the new ones in. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he did and why, which was much appreciated. He is definitely our new go-to person for any future plumbing needs and we definitely recommend him!

Called Excaliber first thing in the morning with no hot water and homeowners were remote. The response was that a plumber (Eddie Guerrero) was in the area and would come by in the morning for an estimate. It was discovered that the water heater needed replacement and the system brought up to code. Mr. Guerrero took care of water leakage and quickly gave an estimate, explaining the options fully. Once the estimate was received via text and phone calls, he came back a few hours later to make the install. He was efficient and thorough and communicated great about the install throughout. By 6 pm that evening, the heater was installed and hot water available. Excellent service was provided.

I can't speak for the rest of Excalibur Plumbing, but Eddie G. was the best plumber we've ever had (we have been home owners in the Austin area for 20 years). We have had two plumbers out in the past to deal with an issue and those plumbers couldn't resolve the issue. Eddie fixed the issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the suspected causes of the problem, how he was going to go about figuring out the cause and thus how to fix the problem, and then most importantly... he fixed it. Eddie was awesome and so I assume Excalibur does a great job hiring good plumbers, thus the five-star rating.

They fixed the cartridge, and it took care of the problem.

Heater works well

The plumber was able to respond relatively quickly in light of a bad winter storm that affected the entire city and for that matter the state; was able to assess and explain the issue regarding the pipe break; and was able to repair it for a reasonable price and assisted me with turning the hot water heater back on and answered general maintenance/preventive issues for the future

These guys were Amazing! Two months ago my pilot light on my 15 year old water heater went out. They were out within three hours to relight and give us a quote on a tankless system. The bid was very reasonable so I called the operations manager and asked him if we should move forward with the installation or hold off until the old water heater died. Naturally I assumed he would push me to replace but he said he would hold off until the old one died. I was completely impressed that they didn’t to encourage me to buy right away. Two months later on Thanksgiving it started leaking. I called Excalibar back on Thanksgiving thinking I would be leaving a message and they answered. Not only did they answer but they scheduled replacement of the hot water heater for Monday and it was done by the end of day on Monday. We couldn’t be happier with the service or the tankless product. I would absolutely consider paying a little extra to get the recirculating system so that you have “on demand” hot water. It’s really nice to jump in the shower and have hot water immediately.

Called for an EMERGENCY on a Saturday, I was informed that they don't work on a Saturday :( Service was scheduled between 1pm and 3pm for Monday, I called again at 1pm to confirm that they are still coming today, the service call was not even in their system. I was told that we will have to wait until the next day for service. What kind of service is that??? They messed up by not booking the service call, now we have to wait another day after they were told that it was an emergency. I will never use them again and would not recommend someone who cannot even book a service call

water heater stopped heating

My water heater went out and I needed a new one installed. I had other companies come in and give me quotes that were 2 to 3 times higher than Excaliber. They gave me a the best price. I told them I just needed the basic water heater that was put in the house by the builder. They did not try to force a sale for more money and sold me what I needed at the price i could afford. The work was quick and well done. I would definitely hire these guys again for plumbling needs

The plumber was efficient and professional. The cost was fair for the work that was done.

Their work was okay but their terminology was confusing. When he was explaining my options, he mentioned different tanks but he was actually referring to different warranties.I ended up asking for the best tank, but it was the best warranty I was getting instead. After it was installed,I talked to them about this and they said they would let the owner know to see if they would do anything. They never called me back. I fell like I got unsold on something I didn't want.

My counterpart recommended Excalibur plumbing and I am grateful to him. This place is exceptional one. Great customer service, answered all my questions. Now I recommend Excalibur plumbing to everyone.

Installation was fine. But thier "$79" deal was a sham. Was told that was only if we wanted one faucet only. Since we wanted 3, that had to charge us $150 each, plus 5% discount because I'm ex-military... Spent $425 total. I would have been fine paying the $150 for the other two....

they are always good. Which is why we keep using them. They are rilable and come when they are supposed to. They are expensive.

They were on time, communicative and honest. I felt like the price was worth the work being done. I would definitely contact them again if needed.
