Excellent service from Louis. Showed up on time, did a full diagnosis and write-up to tell me what needed to be done and then went to acquire parts. Upon return, which was in a reasonable amount of time, worked quickly and finished the job and went through inspection with me. Let me know if there's any issues to contact them immediately and they'd come back out. I didn't have to do that, as everything is working great and they cleared up a bunch of middling issues that had been bothering us for a while. Very happy with the work and would use them again.

Called Monday morning after I found my old unit dripping water. Chase at the office advised they had a plumber in the area that would come by for an esitmate within 30 minutes. Sure enough, Clayton shows up right on time. We discuss the work I needed doing, and he advised they could take care of it immediately, as he had a replacement water heater on the truck with him. Very impressed with Clayton's professionalism and efficiency. He and his partner had a new water installed and tested less than 1 hour later. Completely painless experience, aside from the price, but you get what you pay for. I now have a new unit with 10 year service warranty. Already discussing having them come out for a different job.
