Amazing job getting 250 gallon 15 year old water heaters out of the attic and downstairs. I am impressed nothing was damaged. It is great having larger drain pans, a kitchen sink that drains properly, and instant hot water.

Well. It's preventative maintenance so it's hard say it was immanently critical, but my last heater was a mess with grit. It caused me to have to buy a new water heater, which was a big bill.

I had to wait several weeks for an appointment. That was not a problem. Obviously not an emergency. Not sure why they include the word flush because all I saw was it drained. The draining part I could have done and will do next time. Nice guy and informative with recommendations on items that he saw that would need repair in the near future. All and all, a good experience and I learned a few things.

I could not drain one of my two water heaters by connecting a pipe and opening the drain valve. Excalibur guys came in and knew how to address the problem. They even replaced the drain valve with a better one.

It went very well. Richard was a little late due to some emergency calls, but when he did arrive he went right to work. It took about an hour and a half to replace both toilets. He cleaned up everything and left the areas spotless after the work was complete. He was completely professional and wonderful to work with. I did get higher end toilets, Toto Comfort Height, so they were a higher price than others. However, they are a great toilet, and I feel worth the price. This is the third time that I've used Excalibur. The other two times were for an annual flush of my water heater. Excalibur has been excellent in all the work they have done for me.

Absolutely true that I didn't not lime the answers I was getting because they' were sarcastic and rude. He had a superior attitude and a sarcastic tone to everything he said. I don't see how they can claim "everyone loves him" because I certainly did not. In any case, all he did was flush the water heater. There was nothing else necessary. The comment by the provider that I didn't like the answers I was getting might be appropriate if he was telling me to replace the unit or needed a more expensive service. The person writing ithe response but Excalibur wasn't there and I was. I rarely publish negative reviews but this one was well earned. Hopping it off, he was supposed to check my plumbing for leaks and he left without doing so. What's to love about that?

The provider was very sarcastic from the beginning. I asked him to set the temperature a little bit lower and he snipped that he was not coming back to change it later. He argued with me every time I spoke to him. Finally, after getting verbally abused in my own home multiple times, I told him just to get out of my house. He ignored me, and stayed another 15 minutes. I went outside. At that point, he was trespassing. Then he left without conducting any kind of inspection on the plumbing whatsoever. He did not check any of the faucets. If he was going to leave without completing the job, he should have left when I told him to. Since that day, my water heater now makes a horrible grinding sound that it never made before. I can hear it upstairs in the shower even though the water heater is downstairs. I am afraid he did intentional damage to my water heater after I directed him to leave my home and he ignored me and stayed another fifteen minutes, and that I am going to have to replace it or have it repaired now. I called and spoke to his manager, and he told me to request a refund and he would approve it. However, at that point, I had not yet heard the periodic horrible grinding noise that started following the service call.
