Called Excaliber and they had someone at my house in less than two hours. The techician, Thomas, diagnosed my problem and fixed it, describing to me what it was and what he needed to do to correct it. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes. As you can tell, I was very happy with Excaliber, but it gets even better. Thomas didn't even charge me. Said he was already in the area and it was a very simple repair. No question which plumbing company I'll use in the future and recommend to my friends. Thanks, Thomas.

Clayton and Richard gave me a complimentary estimate within 24 hours of calling. They offered to do the repair on-the-spot since they had the supplies in the truck. I didn't take them up on it since there was some water damage from the old one leaking that needed to be repaired. I called late the next day to get on the schedule and they put me on the schedule for first thing the following day. The service men were very polite. They explained what they were going to do and worked with care. Although the price was certainly more expensive than a self-install, it was competitive for the expertise and quality of work that came along with it. This is my second time to use Excalibur and I would definitely use them again. They are easy to work with and know their stuff.

Very positive experience! I called Excalibur about 8:00 Monday morning to see if they would be able to came check out our leak. I was told that someone could get there between 10 and noon-- Hooray! But it got better! Within an hour I had a call that a crew could be there within a few minutes and they arrived by 9:30. The plumbers quickly assessed the problem and were able to fix it right away. They were efficient and pleasant. By 10:00 the repair was finished and they were on their way. I know I got lucky since a crew just happened to be down the street, but I always seem to have good luck calling someone as local as possible.
