The worker was very nice and they called before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. The water heater flush is what we purchased through Angie's List - $39 and the toilet fix was an additional charge.

Needed a quote to add about 4 feet of natural gas pipe with a shutoff valve (existing pipe already has a place to tap into) and was quoted $750. Give me a break, I'm not paying a plumber rates higher than my attorney and doctor, for a job that would certainly be done in within an hour. If your house is nice and well-kept, be prepared to pay a premium for their services instead of an "everyone pays the same rate, regardless". I have received other quotes less than half...won't use Excalibur again.

Richard showed up within an hour of me calling. He gave a quick estimate. & called said I was reedy. He came back an hour later to start the work. All done within 2 hrs-everything went well.

Removed copper connection to water heater. Reran Pex to bath, bypassing copper in slab that leaked. See above.

Awesome. Richard explained everything so I know how to turn off the water-pressure solves. He also moved the drainage pen was full of condensation so I'll schedule a follow-up appt. Next week. I appreciate the timelines of showily up w/i 1/2 bathroom of call.
