Excellent. Showed up when said & did fast, efficient job.

Richard arrived right on time and got alright to work. The told me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, which I appreciated. He was efficient and friendly throughout.

I called Excalibur and explained that a permit was required and I was willing to pay for it. They said they were not aware of a permit being required and would call me back. They never called back. I cannot get the permit issued to me - it can only be issued to licensed plumber. If the city wants, they can come out and have my water service disconnected because it was not properly permitted. As a result of leaving me in this position, I would not recommend or hire them again.

Great. Thomas came over for the estimate and came back to install a tankless water heater.

Called & needed someone to come out Friday for service Monday-to keep on our const schedule Clayton Andrew come out quickly on Friday then back Monday for service after a quickly turned around propose.

Awesome, here used new folks for several year at his houses. They are courteous, prompt and make sure your are always satisfied.
