Overall I was very pleased-originally my scheduled time was in & jeopardy, but they ultimately did keep the promised time slot. The flush was done quickly and augering of the slow draining sink also took mineral time. Very friendly, courteous and professional. They were careful to keep everything clean and not mark the floors. Overall very happy.

After they missed our first appointment and said they didn't have it on their calendar, they came the next day and did a great job flushing our water heater in the attic. Even though the description of the Angie's List deal led us to expect them to try to sell us a tankless water heater we appreciated that there was no sales pitch. When my husband asked about that, the plumber said that the expense wouldn't be worth it just for the two of us. He did recommend that we think about buying a new water heater in a year or so, before the old one starts leaking. We will probably call Excalibur next summer to do that for us.

Extremely well. We expected just a quote (the very next day after calling them) but the technician, Louie, also brought the appropriate water heater with him and was prepared to install it immediately. We decided to go ahead, and he did a great job. He explained all the code changes and gave a refresher on the operation of our recirculating pump. He was cheerful, friendly and articulate, despite having had two previous jobs that day and would be proceeding on to two more.

The visit went really well. The work was done in a quick amount of time and clearly explained to me what work was completed.

Louie came into rework copper pipe-remove & replace with pey. He was able to limit the around of damage white resolving an ongoing issue.

Original water heater failed. Called Excalibur and decided based on age of water heater that I'd rather replace the unit instead of requiring it. Work was done quickly and well.

The company sent someone out right away and he arrived on time. He was a very pleasant man but I don't think he had a lot of experience. I had already checked the trap for a clog and knew it was farther in the line. He checked the trap and tried to unclog the line but couldn't. He told me I needed a specialized service (a jet?, don't recall). He replaced the faucet (which I had already purchased) but was unable to get the old fitting off. I ended up having to call AAA Auger to unclog the line which they did with no problem and I should have just replaced the faucet myself. I will call again because I bought a discount card and will hope they send a more experienced plumber next time.

Thomas was very punctual, worked fast without breaks and cleaned everything up. Love those booties to cover his shoes.
