+ 0 moreWater heaters were, indeed, flushed. When I asked about checking the anode, he declined, saying that is not done and they wait for it to change the smell of the water. I've never heard that before. Needless to say, even though I paid for a three-year deal, I won't be asking them to return.
Description of Work: I bought the big deal in March of 2016, explained that I flushed the water heaters in December of each year and also checked the anode. Was told no issues. Deal was $49 for a 3-year service package.
