It went great. Thomas arrived when he said he would and was able to fix both issues quickly and easily.

The company called to ask if I would mind if they came out earlier, which actually worked out best for me. Thomas, the technician came and was courteous and helpful. He quickly assessed all of our plumbing issues, explaining the options for each issue and came up with a detailed quote for all of the options. We figured out our priorities and came to a good agreement on price (he helped with a coupon). And as a courtesy, he helped unplug the drain, showing me how to do it.

Joey was professional did a thorough explanation and was friendly and polite.

I was very pleased that my garbage disposal could be replaced the same day I called. Joey was efficient, personable and took the time to make sure I knew how to properly maintain the new disposal. Great job!

They are a great company to work with. Did have a few bugs during scheduling when I used the Angies List calendar feature. Not sure where the responsibility fell down.

Louie correctly identified a major plumbing issue after we call for a second quote when we were told we need to replace 1 water heater. Out water softener was releasing microbeads and damaged both heaters and was causing whole house water pressure issues. Louie identified this after another plumber missed this issue.

Richard did an excellent job installing the new faucet and flushing out the hot water heater. Hot water takes only a minute to flow to faucets. This is the second time I have used Excalibur plumbing. They are very professional and knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable. Another plumber wanted $900 to replace the bathroom fixture.
