Richard arrived on time and after trying to locate the correct toilet handle (after I decided to replace the toilet), he provided me with several options for getting the toilet. I chose for him to find & pick up the new toilet. He found the style of toilet that I wanted, he picked it up, removed the old toilet and installed the new one that same day. He did a great job installing it and cleaning up including taking the old toilet away. He was very polite and professional.

On Sunday (4/30), our 15 year old water heater quit working. The next morning, we were pleased to get a same day appointment to replace it. Richard the plumber did a good job of informing us about some equipment upgrades and other improvements.

Service man was on time, answered all my questions, fixed the problem and asked if there was anything else I needed. Punctual, professional and yes I would use Excalibur again.

The appointment process was easy with same-day service. Thomas was punctual, professional, easy to understand and tidy. I will definitely call them again. Highly recommend.

The plumber was able to respond on the same day of the request; was able to assess and explain the issue regarding the leak; and was able to repair it for a reasonable price.

Richard called en route - a bit early but I was able to accommodate the time. He arrived, surveyed the need, and proceeded to replace all three faucets along with installing three new check valves. He was very friendly, professional, and fast. The price was well within expectations.

The work was done quickly, professionally and they provided additional information on what I needed to do after the work was completed to ensure my family received fresh clean safe drinking water.

The water heater flush was routine - no issues. The real adventure was in getting the sewer line cleared. The problem (which we pretty much already knew) was between our downstairs toilet and where the sewer line from there joins with the sewer mainline. We also already knew the problem (said toilet not flushing well) was due to roots in the line. What we didn't know was the extent of the problem and if anything could be done about it short of replacing the sewer line. Thomas (our technician) pulled the toilet off the drain and discovered root tendrils coming up from around the outside of the pipe, going through the wax ring, and then combining into a single root that went down into the sewer line. He cleaned all that out and was even able to pull from the sewer line a root length of about 4 feet that was holding onto several pounds of waste; it was absolutely disgusting. Thomas then augured the line. Now the toilet flushes great (for the first time in a few years). Thomas packed some copper sulfate in the area around the sewer line opening before he put down a new wax ring and re-seated the toilet. Hopefully that will help at least ****** the growth of the roots around the outside of the line. After Thomas left, we hit the sewer line (via the toilet) with some Roebic brand foaming root killer. Hopefully that will take care of root growth inside the sewer line. Only time will tell and no guarantees, but we feel pretty good about it. We will need to continue hitting the toilet with the foaming root killer, though (we plan to do it twice per year). All said, Thomas did an excellent job and really earned his pay on this one. He was courteous and professional throughout. We had had a different company out before (about a year ago) but they only told us what the problem was and said we needed to hit it with the root killer and see if that improved the flushing performance. This time, though - with Thomas - we feel like the line has been cleared and the root killer will be just for maintenance (albeit very important for at least slowing the recurrence of the problem). Very happy, as usual, with Excalibur Plumbing.

I am very happy with Excalibur. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and stayed in touch throughout the process. Both professionals were warm and friendly and provided advise for how to handle certain situations in the future so as not to be "had" by other plumbers. Once we were able to settle on a price, they were able to schedule for the next morning. They replaced two old and likely to leak water heaters in my attic and cleaned up nicely after themselves in 2 hours! Very happy with the work done.

Excellent. Plumber solved the problem and explained why it happened and how to maintain the system. Very professional and good value for work performed.

Work was done promptly at scheduled time , total time for completion was 1 hr. and 5 min. Expected to pay less for the amount of time that was spent and type of repair done.

Remarkable!!! I called the office at 1;30 to request an estimate for these two jobs an they were completed by 3:10 the same afternoon! It is wonderful that the drain is now clear in the bathtub and the master BR toilet does now growl when if flushes!! Very Happy!!! And the cost was reasonable. These are honest ratings!!

Joey was oin time, kind, extremely helpful and clear in describing what needed to be done and knew what things would cost. Work was doine quickly and expertly.

Thomas was completely professional - walked me through the options and then the steps he'd take. Everything looked great. Few days later, I did notice a crack in one of the replacement spickets that leaked when used. Called Excalibur and they returned to replace it the next day -- no hassle. Would use them again and recommend them.

He installed the water heater as proposed and cleaned up the area very well after the installation.

Louie carefully explained all the possible reasons we might have heard the knocking sounds and then went to work checking our entire system. When he was finished with his investigating, he presented us with several options to deal with the problems he found. He explained each option fully and we did not feel pressured to accept one idea over another. We decided that since our water heaters were approximately 12 years old, replacing them was the best choice. We upgraded the size of one water heater and we also wanted to add automatic cut-off systems to the new hot water heaters since they are both in attic locations. The price was fair and Louie was able to begin work immediately. We had two new hot water heaters installed by 3 PM that day. The work was done efficiently with very little disruption to our home. When Excalibur left, the house was clean and all the systems had been carefully checked to make sure they were working correctly. They had even helped us to find the outside water cut-off that no one else had ever been able to locate and they replaced the old knob with one that was more convenient and actually worked. We definitely recommend Mike and Excalibur to everyone who is thinking about plumbing repairs or replacement

Louis and his co-worker came out within 30 minutes and gave me an estimate of the repair. For the work that needed, the estimate was fair. They began to work and repaired the house main line within just a few hours. It required quite a bit of digging to get to all of the line. Louis did a great job on the repair and I would gladly use them again.

It went fine, apparently it was hard to declog but they were able to fix the blockage. The guy was very friendly & knows what he was doing, the price seem a little high for me the guy was Joe & he 's very professional. I had a lot of questions and Joe was able to answer them thoroughly. He was really good, highly recommended.

We've used Excalibur on three occasions and, without exception, the results have been excellent. My only continuing concern is with the cost of services. Excalibur responded to my call in a timely fashion and Louie came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us options for both repair and replacement. Since the unit was 10 years old we elected to go the replacement route. All work was completed in just a few hours and was done with considerable attention to detail. Louie was very professional and answered all my questions about the sewage pump and associated equipment as well as questions about our water softener. This is a first-rate plumbing company and, again, my only hesitation to give A marks across the board is the cost consideration.

Job went very well. We actually did a call-back due to a very minor leak, which was caused by the unusual faucet location , and faucet needing sealant between it and the countertop, due to design. Excaliber came out early the next day, on time, to correct the problem , at no additional charge. They also came out during construction / remodel of same bath to replace old hoses & connect new hoses. Total services required about 2 hours work .

Perhaps the best experience I have ever had with a professional service provider. The quoted price (over the phone - very indicative of an experienced professional who know what pitfalls may await an installation) was $1000 less than the next most competitive bid and $2000 less than several similar installs in the immediate neighborhood. The lead plumber, Louie, was very professional, informative and patient as he talked me through the process and modifications made to bring the system up to code, such as the cold-side expansion tank. They arrived promptly as promised and finished the installation 45 minutes earlier than quoted. There were no surprises during the installation and the quoted price was what I paid when the job was completed. Work was very high quality and I am pleased that our hot water is much better than before as the original builder installation incorrectly plumbed the cold water to the hot water outlet on one of the original heaters. They also corrected an installation problem with the drain pan pipes (also done incorrectly by the builder).

Louis and Richard arrived and provided a very reasonable estimate. I hadn't called them to actually install the water softener (I bought one myself) but Louis gave me an estimate for that as well. They had to go to a job down south that was going to take most of the day and they didn't have the parts they needed on the truck. I wasn't disappointed because I knew what I was asking wasn't a typical request (I was very specific what I wanted done). I was only going to have them install the bypass. However, Louis contacted me shortly after leaving that the other job had cancelled for the day. So I took him up on the full softener installation. I am so glad I did. They were done in a quarter of the time it would have taken me. Additionally, they had the parts and skills to do it right. Louis even called the manufacturer to double check the startup procedure (I had ordered an unorthodox setup) and correctly programmed it for me. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
