Josh had been out several times trying to find the source of our sulfur smell. He replaced a toilet seal since that’s the culprit most of the time. He had to return because the smell persisted. He gave us some advice and preformed the smoke test. Josh was awesome & will be recommending him to everybody I know! Thanks for doing such a great job!

Joey came in and confirmed low water pressure. Explained what it could be then confirmed the issue. He explained the possible fix options. Once we agreed he fixed the issue very quickly.

We've hired Excalibur a few times and the quality of their work and professionalism are excellent. The prices are higher than I think reasonable and thus the grade of B. Louie and Richard did the installation of the water softener and there were no surprises......on time, on budget, good cleanup. Louie had recently done another major project for us and he is a consummate professional. I called him prior to a decision to install a new water softener and he provided a wealth of information. He answers all my questions and provides important guidance regarding use of the systems (water softener, grinder pump, water heater). Importantly, I trust him and Excalibur.

Thomas and the crew did an excellent job. They responded very quickly after the initial call and had the entire job completed on time and for the anticipated cost.

The toilet was expensive, but I was very happy with the plumber that came. I was happy with the services overall.

I woke up this morning and discovered I had no hot water. Ive know for a while that Id eventually have to replace my water heater. It was 13 years old and needed to be replaced anyway. I just wasn't really expecting to drop $1000+ when I woke up today but fixing a 13 year old unit didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. The question I had was...who can I get to come out TODAY and look at it. I went to a few plumbing websites and saw their schedules and the soonest available appointment I could find was tomorrow. I'm sure if I said it was an emergency situation, I could have gotten someone out here soon but I was afraid of paying more. Instead of having the family take cold showers, I went to HomeAdvisor.com and filled out the online form in hopes of getting someone out today. I received a phone call in about 3 minutes from Excalibur plumbing and I was pleasantly surprised. They said they could have someone out to me this morning to give a free estimate. Their tech arrived a few hours later and gave me several options. I told him to go ahead and replace the unit and he got it taken care of in a couple of hours. To be honest, it was more than I was expecting to pay. Not really knowing anything about water heaters, I did a little research and found units in the $500 dollar range which obviously didn't include installation but in the end I wanted the peace of mind knowing the job was done right and covered under warranty. I'd highly recommend Excalibur plumbing. They're quick, efficient and professional.
