Excellent!!! Responsiveness and service were superb!!

They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. They took time to answer my questions related to the work they were performing.

It went really well. Louie kept us informed every step of the way. The project ended up requiring a bit more than was anticipated but we are grateful Louie discovered that the original terra cotta sewer line was leaking and had been shoddily repaired with terra cotta roof tiles and roof tar. Louie answered all of our questions and was very professional. Bonus: we had been told by our home inspector that we most likely needed to replace our stove. Louie was able to fix the gas line to the stove, thereby saving us hundreds on a new stove!

It took about 45' of auger to clear the line. Work completed in about minutes. Joey did a fine job, answered all my questions, cleaned up after himself, gave suggestions to keep pipes clear going forward.

They showed up on time and got the work done. When the plumbing supplier delivered the wrong part, they doggedly pursued the right one, despite the fact that this made the job go much longer than anticipated. Cleaned up their site when finished. Now we can use a bathroom that hasn't worked properly for years.

Louie was fantastic. Friendly, professional, fast. Wow! Oh, and they came out on a Saturday without OT. I am impressed and will definitely use them again when the need arises. Great work guys!

Although punctual and very courteous, they aren't interested in repairing an existing unit. Their primary focus is selling a new unit. I can't comment on their other services since this was my only contact with them. However, I can definitely say I won't use them for anything else.

Joey inspected the day before on 7-13 & installed it all on July 14, 2017. He was excellent, answered all my questions. Perfect installation & helped guide me to the right products. Joey is outstanding! & explained many options & explained how to flush my water heater.

The technician was efficient and experienced in preforming the service. He is also friendly and courteous.

The day before a party a toilet began leaking! Usual plumber did not respond so tried Angie's for a recommendation. Excalibur saved the day!! Plumber arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and immediately began to repair and correct. Also checked other three toilets in house as a courtesy. He was very professional and efficent in his work and thankfully responded quickly. We will use Excalibur again.

Jay came out the same day I called, provided several options for replacing the old water heater (we were getting rusty water from hot water tap). We opted for the tankless heater. 48 hours later the new heater was installed and working.

Richard was very informative about what he was doing and why. Installation went well - about 20 mins to install. Gave me advise about keeping plumbing derbies clean - use chlorox.

Joey arrived on time, was very professional from the moment he arrived. He assessed the issue, provided me a detailed quote, and within a couple hours had resolved the problem. It was seamless from start to finish.

We called, Thomas came out and gave us an estimate of what needed to be done, and proceeded to do the work. (with one associate), and completed the work the same day. They were all business and very efficient.

The job went excellently from my view. He gave me price & of course, I almost had a heart attack. (The replaced disposal cost $59 (log ago.) But the final price was discounted by Joey (he had a coupon) So I felt like I had gotten the greatest deal, plus the job was done efficiently. Very pleased. Couldn't have been better & tank Joey again for me!

From our initial phone call to the installation of a new water heater, everything went perfectly. Thomas and Joel did a wonderful job explaining the problem and offering solutions. The work was efficient and professional. We are extremely satisfied.

I had bought an upgraded model in case Excalibur didn't carry the same model. They were happy to remove the old one and replace it with the one at had bought for a very reasonable cost ... much better than me doing it, messing it up, hearing about it from the wife and having to call the plumber back out to fix it.

Joey was very professional, friendly, reasonably priced. We are very impressed with his work.
