Weeks Service Co is great. They've deal with our air conditioning for 34 years. They guarantee their work and they stand by what they install. If you have any issues they will come out and resolve it. They have quality installers. Their company started with father and sons and now they are everywhere.

The system we had installed seven years ago was done poorly. Instead of fitting and getting the pieces to fit together properly the original company just taped the system together. RC from weeks came, took out the old rotting parts and made measurements. He left for a few hours to go back to the Weeks shop to make the parts we needed. He came back with help. The metal parts they brought in looked professional. They put in the parts all while working in the attic in 100+ heat. I was so impressed that they just kept going and going until they were done. They added a piece to the piping so that I can add a little bleach to keep the drain unclogged. They made the system the way it should have been originally. They thought of the future in their design instead of just fixing the immediate problem. The air came out of our vents with a force we had never experienced before. We are very happy with the work they did and will definitly use them again.
Lynn, the man who gave us the estimate from Weeks came in at a much higher price than another company. He said he could do for $200 what the other company was going to do for $1,500, but he wouldn't be doing us a favor because the system would still be done poorly. He gave me the quote of $2300 to make parts that would fit on our original system so the air flow would be at its best.
I believe Weeks IS THE BEST!

Called office and set up an appointment for an estimate. The assistant manager for electrical arrived on time and provided the estimate. He set up installation for the same week, per my request. The morning of the installation the office called to confirm the appointment. The electrician arrived on time and completed the job as promised. He identified another small problem during the install and fixed it at no charge. Everyone I dealt with at Weeks was very polite and courteous. Also, the electrician clearly knew what he was doing. He was one of the most professional and knowledgable home repair professionals I've ever dealt with. I thought their pricing was reasonable (not the absolute cheapest you could find, but you get what you pay for). They accepted the Angie's List coupon which saved almost $200. Note the price I paid was after the discount but does include the $200 permit to the city of Houston. Weeks installed my A/C about two years and they did a supurb job on that as well. Also, having dealt with them twice now for major installations I can definitely say they clean up after themselves and don't track mud into your home (if they come in, they put shoe covers on). They also do very pristine looking installations. The materials are high quaility and everything is always positioned, attached, stapled, etc. to looked very finished and clean.

Annual check up found pin hole leaks in evaporator coil. Decided to replace same, which was scheduled and performed the following day. While replacing the evaporator coil, the technician (Eric Q) suggested an inspection of duct work for leaks. Numerous leaks were found with many spots missing insulation due to squirrels/rodents. The technician (Eric Q) gave me a bid to replace same, scheduled work the next day and had all work completed, to include removal of old ducts, within time frame described (13+ hours). Eric and his

assistant (David J) stayed to ensure A/C and duct work performed well (cooling w/o leaks) before leaving that night. All work was done within scope of proposal. I have used Weeks for years and will continue, without hesitating. Thanks.

My air conditioner quit working. I called Weeks in the morning and they set up an appointment for that afternoon. The service tech called before he came to let us know when he would be there. The problem was a burned out capacitor, the cheapest thing on the unit. He had the part in the truck and had the unit working in less than a half hour. We bought the annual service package for two maintenance trips per year since the company was so good to work with.

They are excellent. I think their prices are competitive. Their quality is superior and they've got good workmen. They are punctual, they show up when they are supposed to and they do all the right things.

I contacted Weeks based upon the good reports from this site. They are also a NATE-certified company that was listed as approved by Amana for warranty repair on their HVAC units. I spoke with Kim (customer service) regarding what service could be provided and after asking just a few questions about how Weeks operated I realized this is not a company I wanted to have come to my home. I found her repsonses short and unhelpful. I asked basic things such as and quot;if Amana warranties the equipment, would I be charged for only the labor?and quot; According to Amana, that is the case and I just wanted confirmation. I did not appreciate her increasingly terse responses where she dwelled more on how Weeks would have to be and quot;cleaning up the mess from the installer (another company)and quot; rather than helping me with my HVAC problems. I know the previous installer was garbage because they went bankrupt. Plus, the earliest I could get assistance was 13 days from now! When a home's HVAC is not working, waiting two weeks is absurd even for a busy company. Last, when I am contacting a company for a major home appliance or equipment, I want to feel comfortable they are reliable and responsive. I want to identify companies I can use long-term and trust. My experience with Weeks on the phone was enough for me to cancel the appointment I had just made. Kim did not even sound concerned when I changed from a 'yes' to 'no' appointment in the same conversation with her.

Its been a long time, but I remember the staff and company really knew what they were doing, very professional. I thought it was a little expensive, but had nothing to compare it to, and would rather pay a little more for good service. It has been over a year and AC has given me no problems since.

We were told that they did not service our area though we are in southwest Houston. They wished me luck and hung up quickly, before I could ask any other questions such as what areas they do service and recommendations for someone who does service my area.

They are good. They are always timely. They call when they say it will be in the morning or afternoon. They will call me if they have another job and when I have an afternoon appointment. I call their office and tell them to come later when something comes up. That is if I have to leave.

I've always been very happy with them. They have an annual rate that I pay. They have done repairs in the past on my heating and air conditioning units or my heat pump, which is two in one. I did get an estimate from them for a new unit but I went with somebody else. I like the fact that they are always very prompt, always very knowledgeable and very courteous. I have no complaints at all. It's a company that I can trust and I do get very quick service.

Weeks provided the lowest estimate out of three bids and provided a firm all inclusive rate. The others were only rough estimates that were not all inclusive. It is nice to know you are getting awesome quality service with no surprises.
The crew arrived on time, covered all my carpet with tarps and went to work. They end product was perfect.
In Friendswood, AC must be inspected by the city. When the city showed up, the inspector indicted that he never has any problems with the work Weeks does. Based on my experience, I was not surprised by his comments.

They were very timely when they came out. They did not get offended because my husband know A/C and stuff and so he was able to give his opinion that kind of thing and they listen to him and said OK and so they knew what we wanted and did it and at the end when they're living they had blown little insulation through the vents and they're already pack up and getting ready to leave but they saw that and they were ready to pull off their vacuum and all that even though their already pack it up to vacuum up and clean up what they had left and we told them it's OK will take care of it but it was the courtesy that they were willing to afford with their work. For the price my husband said that they were within the range. They weren't overly price for anything and it was again done when they said they're going to do it and done correctly.
