I am not an AC expert. I relied on Weeks to do the job right the first time. I believe they did not do this. I previously used Weeks to service our old equipment and they always did a top quality job then.

He showed up late and over charged me for the amount of time he was here. It was a 30 minute job tops and he charged me for triple that.

Really great experience as all four technicians with whom I interacted were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took great care. As a single mom that's a really good thing.

I have a service plan with them so it's $386 for the year. So when they come out, it's free for me. They are very good. It's very reasonable. They come when they say they are going to come and resolve any issues very quickly. I have been using them for the past couple of years.

These folks had little better suggestion than to tear up and redo. And they had other things to sel, too.
