There was a little mix up about the time he was expected. Estimated $94.00 per fan to install. I will check other companies as that seemed high to me.

A/C tech did not show up on the original day, even though I had to take a day off from work to wait for him. He came the next day, and said the cooling was fine and that he unclogged the drain pipes. One week later, the overflow pan was still full of water. Weeks sent another person out the same day, and the tech stated the original tech didn't unclog the drains properly. I didn't need to pay the second time, and the tech was very thorough. Everything is in working order now.

They did a really good job and I have no complaints. They were really fast and efficient. I think that the price was really standard and when I compared it to other companies I realized I was getting my money's worth.

I've always had good work done by this company. This time I wasn't quite as happy. The installer was not professional. He was careless and didn't seem to know what he was doing. It was one thing after another.

Great work - Installation work was outstanding. Later the A/C unit did not perform as described. Outside temp was 90 the unit would not maintain a temp of 74 inside the house. First service call reset dampers. This did not fix the problem. Second call the tech reported all is OK. The unit still did not maintain a satisfactory temp inside, requested the service supervisor. He sent out the salesman and service technical manager. They replaced expansion valve, left personal phone numbers - all is OK. Great response - I think they do value customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend

Clay came the same day I called but was unable to find the problem at first. He came the very next day after doing research and corrected the problem. He was professional, prompt, dedicated and very easy to work with.

Chris was timely, did the work that was required in the attic and outside on the unit. He explained what he was doing and was responsive to all of my questions. He cleaned up when he finished.

They have fair pricing and expert service and installation.

They came and started on the HVAC system replacement and found some wiring, etc. that was not up to code. Within a couple of hours they had electricians on-site and were able to continue with the HVAC replacement at the same time as the electrical work. At one point, there were 9 Weeks staff members working on my house.

They had excellent service. They did a thorough job on both heating and A/C systems. They had good attention to detail.

Air conditioner went out at supper time. Weeks said they could come by noon the next day; they came before noon. They fixed it to work until it could be permanently repaired or replaced. The old one was 20 years old, and needed to be replaced. They gave us several options, and did the work promptly. They were very clean, and very professional. The office people very helpful. Only one technician worked most of the day to replace; when their inspector came he wanted part of it redone because he did not think it was mounted straight enough due to poor installation of old furnace. The inspector and technician did that work in half a day. Maybe there should have been 2 people to begin with. Don't have any idea how good or bad their pricing was, though they offered very good terms for payment. I'd have them again.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that on my install, they only had one tech. here most of the time, and he was severely overworked and exhausted by the end of the day, plus it took over six hours.

The are always on time and polite. They are honest. They take good care of the system, and don't recommend unnecessary work.

Weeks Service Company were very nice when they came into our house. They got everything working right in a reasonable amount of time. The price was good and they cleaned up very well. It was pretty messy, but they cleaned everything up.

Weeks Service Company came out on time to fix my air conditioner. They were pretty professional. I felt the price was way too much. I think they did good work, but I would not go back with them for service, because I found a more reasonably price company to do business with.

Weeks returned my call quickly, followed up with an estimate for repairing my air conditioner. Their prices were very good and they explained why the air conditioner wouldn't come on. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day was set and the technician was right on time. He did a real good job and repaired it while I was on vacation. I gave him a key so he could go inside to repair it, because he is so trustworthy.

Weeks is the only electrical contractor we have used since we have moved into this house five years ago. The main reason is their promptness. They came the day we called to do the repair work. They have not had to do the same job twice, so hassles are nonexistent. Not only are they well mannered but they clean up after themselves. This is done all of this for a respectable price. The job took two hours to complete, one hour less than they said it would.

Their prices were very reasonable and they explained how cleaning and servicing the units makes them work more efficiently and gives them longer life. The service was scheduled as soon as a day was set, and the technician showed up on time. He was very courteous, polite and genuinely cares about the customer's satisfaction. He did an excellent job and cleaned up any mess.

The technician returned my call quickly and stopped by to give an estimate for air duct cleaning. His prices were quite good and he explained that cleaning out the ducts would cut down on the heating and cooling bills and helps the furnace work more efficiently. The cleaning was scheduled on the spot and the technician was well prepared. He brought in his compressor and cleaned every duct thoroughly. He did a very good job and cleaned up any mess.

Weeks Service Company did a good job of installing our window air conditioner. We called them on a Monday and by Wednesday they had our old one pulled and our new one in. I hardly even noticed that they were in the house. We got a rather large model. I thought that they were very professional and polite.

It was a very hot summer and when I went to turn my air conditioner on it wouldn't turn on. I called Weeks who was very punctual and they came and replaced the air compressor.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, CAME EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

WEEKS WAS CALLED FOR AN ANNUAL SERVICE CHECKUP. WE FELT LIKE WE WERE MIS-LEAD ON THE PRICE FOR THE CHECK-UP, FREON INSTALLATION AND OVERALL CONDITION OF THE UNITS. WEEKS HAS OFFERED TO INSTALL "FREE UNITS" FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS IF WE WOULD DO THE WORK IN JANUARY AND PAY FOR THE LABOR. IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD GIVE AWAY A $3000 A/C UNIT FOR INSTALLATION LABOR, UNLESS LABOR COST IS INFLATED!

THE SECRETARY WAS VERY POLITE WHEN I CALLED TO SCHEDULE THE EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICE. DANNY BROUSSARD CAME AND ASSESSED THE PROBLEM, HOW IT COULD BE FIXED AND PROVIDED A COST ESTIMATE. DANNY AND HIS ASSISTANT FIXED THE PROBLEM IN ONE AFTERNOON AND WERE VERY POLITE.
