Weeks Service Co

Saw consendate dripping from a/c drain line spouts on roofline. Thought drip pans were overflowing therefore going to cause water damage to the ceiling. Was very worried and thought about waiting until Monday/Tuesday to call. Call on-call number. Technican was extremely professional and concerned about my issue. Informed me not to wait since if not immediately addressed could even cause bigger issue. Turns out, one line was clogged up, no overflow yet, but if left alone, a/c's would have shut down. Pan has a overflow switch. Anyway, technican that came out was extremely professional, literate, curteous, all of the good words. Decided to buy a maintenace agreement for both units since summer is coming on. Let me say, i have dealt with Weeks Service at both my old home and my current home for 20 years. For the honesty, professionalism, and trust that Weeks Service has provided me I will always used them. If you want rock bottom cheap prices and want to and quot;nickel and dimeand quot; a job, you need to go elsewhere. If you want piece of mind, security, and trust, you need to go to Weeks.

Weeks provided good service over some 20 years via their annual AC maintenance agreements that included fall and spring tune ups..

My experience with them was great because they were on time, they did everything good and they done targets.

Our furnace was not working so we called Weeks. They checked the furnace and found the pressure switch was not working. Bobby replaced the switch and it has worked perfectly ever since. The tech was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly, which we appreciated because at $96.00/hr for labor we need quick! We will continue to use Weeks service company for all our A\C and heating needs.

The service technician was prompt and knowledgeable.

They did a great job. I would give them the highest recommendation. They fixed my problem right away. I couldn't get an answer back from other contractors.

I have used Weeks service for over 15 years. This time they came to unstop the A/C drain and also to clean and service the A/C and heating unit. All work was done the day I called and from what I observed, the tech was very thourgh, even replacing the return air filter and double checking the .thermostat.

Both technicians arrived on-time, were very courteous and professional. They explained things well and the only surprise was something that was not their fault. They did a good job and we would use them again.

They were good. They were very accommodating. Their price was in-line with everybody else. They did a real good job.

Service tech Robby has worked for them for four yrs and knows his stuff. Arrived on time and took about 2 hrs to do the work. Went out of his way to explain a few things to me that I didn't know. I felt very good about having him work on my equipment. Hope he comes back the next time.

All went well. We have used Weeks services since 1972. We are mostly very satisfied. Occasional issues with an individual service tech are resolved when addressed to customer service. Cost are more than some, but usually worth it. We do sometimes do our own replacement of UV bulbs because we can get a much better price. We would recommend comparing prices with others before doing a major installation or major repair.

Simply. We knew of Weeks's reputation locally, and called them after an electrician mis-wired a circuit to a new exterior light we had had installed. Weeks sent a pair of men who lstened carefully to my description of the probllem, went immediately to the switch, examined the wiring, and properlyconnected wiring from the switch to the light.

Checked the furnace, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Weeks has been a trusted furnace and AC company for us since buying our home in 2003. We have never had a problem with their service, responsiveness or professionalism!

They came out and gave us a free estimate, said they could go it the next day at 10:00am. And they actually showed up when they said they would. They finished in the amount of time they said they would, also. They were very pleasant and professional. Would definately use them again.

I had problems with several electrical outlets and functioning of an outdoor fountain. I will use this company to replace my light fixture and some additional electrical work my home requires. I was very pleased with the professional and courteous manner of the tech.

When the lead technician, Travis, gave me the estimate, he explained all the work in great detail which I could understand very well. All the work went as planned with no surprises. I had thought that I would would need to do some finishing work around the oustide cut siding and the inside wood paneling. The technician, Sidney, did such a good job on the installation that I did not have to do any finishing work!!!!!!! The thing that really impressed me was how neatly Travis rewired the inside of the breaker panel!!! Also, they cleaned up all the mess inside and outside very well!!! All 3 technicians, Travis, Sidney and Cody were very nice and extremely professional.

I have a service contract for them to inspect and clean my A/C and furnace and used it for the first time yesterday. When George arrived, he was professional and friendly and even put on shoe covers. I showed him the furnace and, believe me, he had his work cut out for him because of the limited access to the unit. He took the time to explain every single thing he was going to do before he started. While he was servicing the unit, he called me over several times to show me and explain the condition of my furnace and what to look for that might indicate a problem in the future. Being a first time home owner, I truly appreciated the time he took to educate me about such an important and expensive part of my home. When George had finished cleaning the furnace, I inquired about moving the thermostat from my 3rd floor to the second. Again, he was very professional. He gave me four different options and prices. I didn't feel pressured or like he was trying to sell me something I did not need. After installing the thermostat, again he took the time to explain how it operates and made sure I could do it myself before he left. When he did leave, the areas he worked in were spotless! I thought the hourly labor charge was a bit high ($95), but George informed me that I qualified for a discount because of my service agreement. I wouldn't have known about the discount had he not told me. How refreshing to find such honesty! If George is Indicative of all their technicians, Week's has a customer for life!

I used them because they could start the work immediately. They were over priced by about $250. This work was done in 2010. They did a good job.

Our furnace was blowing cold air. We called Weeks for them to come and check/repair. We were told the service call would be $120.50 but when we asked about the price just to come out, we were assured that the truck sent would be fully stocked with repair materials. The service man sent was not knowledgeable about furnace repair. He advised us that the part he needed would have to be ordered on Monday and installed sometime that week. He left us that Saturday without fixing the furnace. The temperatures were in the upper 20's. We called another company listed on Angies List and that repairman came out and advised us that the part the other repair guy said was probably bad is THE most common part for most furnaces. He immediately tried that part and found it was not the problem (interestingly the other company noted that the other and quot;service manand quot; could have easily taken that part from the second furnace (we have zoned heat and cooling) to try if he didn't have that part on his truck…… the other company troubleshooted our problem. We actually elected to replace our whole heating and cooling system with the other company the very next day. Weeks service company essentially took my money and wasted my time. I would like my money back that I paid for that non-service service call but that is probably not going to happen since only reputable companies would be concerned about poor service. Update: Call from Weeks apologizing for the experience I had with their service and sent a full refund for the service call.

We have used Weeks for the last 35 years and have never been disappointed. Their prices may be higher than others in the area but it is still a good value.

I have used Weeks for various services, this was my first with inside electrical service, no matter which part of the company we use it's the same excellent service from beginning to end.

Weeks Service Co. came the next day, replaced the outside condenser unit, and refunded us our check for freon and service call. We were very happy with their people, their response, and their professionalism. We will continue to use them in the future.

Arrive within the time span given, he was very personable and professional, start on the job, completed it all within a very good time span...

The tech's name was Robbie. Answered the phone promptly, was very professional. He showed up promptly and did not leave until the job was complete. Even though the cost for Weeks is a high, you pay for knowing your equipment is installed properly with new parts. Having been cheated by another company this is one of the most important details when hiring a someone to work on your house. I'd hire Weeks over any other service company.
