Contractor was excellent on all levels: courtesy, communication, knowledge, ingenuity, respect for my home and dependability. For this project, I had contacted five other companies. Some came, scratched a head and left. Two others started and charged me, then left without completing the work. I know I appreciate Island Mann all the more because they did what they proposed, even though it required some 'thinking outside the box'. I especially valued the idea that Contractor said right up front that he could do the job,and he would not desert me. Even though it took a few trips, he stuck it out, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend this professional who is an asset to this community.

I live in League City but this company covers our area. Service was fast and professional. They replaced my water heater and got it up to code. It was on Saturday afternoon but they still came out and did the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

They got my clogged drain fixed and in a very timely fashion. The person was polite and informative thru out the process. They called me very quickly once I sent in my request. My only complaint was that the person on the phone told me they would go over everything once they got to my house. they didn't and told me it would be a price higher than what i was told was the estimate on the phone. But, once I told the person what was discussed he accepted that price. Again I would use and recommend them.

Rusty and his assistant were knowledgeable and did the job in excellent time. Polite, careful working in my home, knew what they were doing. Raymond was great about communicating. Good value for my money.

I recently had Raymond do an entire re-pipe of my house. Not only did he have the best price, but his price was for both walls and laterals and he still beat laterals only quotes. He got the job done in just three days and kept disruptions to a minimum. I was very pleased with his work and even more so after the inspector commented that the quality of the work done on my house was excellent. Raymond will now be my plumber for anything that comes up in the future as well.
