I called ahead to check "walk-in" availability of alignment; they reported no wait. I showed up 20 minutes later with one car ahead of me which was fair and okay with me. I waited in the pleasant waiting room about 40 minutes for service to be completed. No problems, no complaints, service-oriented staff. I will use Firestone at Victory Lakes location again.

It went very well. I arrived as a walk-in and received service within an hour even though they had a full schedule of work to complete for other customers. The service included the replacement of the rear brake pads, one rotor and cleaning of the system.

I've been using this Firestone for years. They are always fair and helpful. I sometimes have to wait if its Saturday but most of the time it's less than 45 minutes. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I've recommended them for years to friends and family.

I had major work done on my air conditioning in my car. They got me right in and could not be more friendly. They called me soon after to let me know what was wrong and the price of the repair. The car was ready the next day and again took the time to let me know what they had repaired. I will have my car fixed there in the future and would recommend them to others.

I bought a special offer from them that says they do my tire rotation free when I bring my car in for an oil change. They are real good.
