Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

We needed aggressive foundation repair and met with 4 different companies. After meeting with Deep Rock Foundations, I had made my decision. They were wonderful to work with. They explained everything along the way and were very professional. Derrick and Mason went above and beyond. Even after we were done, Derrick, the owner, came out personally and removed dirt that I did not want my dog to get in to. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Mason is the best

Mason was very thorough in explaining the process to me and what to expect, including how long to wait b4 getting inside cracks repaired and on preparing my yard for the work. He did two bids based on his measurements and those of the structural engineer I had hired to inspect the house; Mason actually recommended I take the lower bid so as not to mess up my stamped concrete patio (he did not think the extra pilings were worth it b/c there wasn't much sinkage.). Very honest and accommodating; always kept his word.

Mason White was amazing and thorough and I am really impressed with him.

After consulting with a lot of foundation companies, and having many of them try to bid much more work than what was needed. Mason explained the entire process, worked with our Masonry company, and gave us a lot of confidence in the entire process. Day of work, they came in on time, worked steadily through the miserable weather, and left the yard and work area nicer than it was before they were here. You can already see such a difference in the areas they lifted. Mason was onsite with his team and able to answer questions and show us the progress as it was happening. I really can't recommend Mason and his team enough!

I was very impressed with the thorough inspection of my home by Mason. He is very knowledgeable and took his time in explaining his findings to me. I was delighted to know that there were no issues with my foundation that needed attention at this time.

We recently used Deep Rock Foundation to correct our foundation level. We had a pretty significant drop in the front of our house. It had to be lifted 3 plus inches. Before knowing about our foundation issue, we recently had our bathroom remodeled, new windows and shutters installed and some interior painting is done. Consequently, I was apprehensive about the lift and the interior damage it could cause. Ben Gaul (and his crew) were very professional and did a good overall job, but particularly on the lift day. Ben came by every day but was there throughout the lifting in 1/2-inch increments to check and measure. In the end, the lift was completed with only a couple of new short hairline cracks where the sheetrock was pinched. The lift actually, closed the only noticeable foundation crack we had that ran 3 feet across our hallway ceiling. They did a really good job cleaning up everything before they left.

Derek and Deep Rock foundations are the epitome of excellence, professionalism, and value. From start to finish, Derek was exceptionally communicative and his plans are very clear and well thought out. He brings immense experience and knowledge while creating a very clear and concise plan of attack. The crew that worked on our property was exceedingly joyful and treated our home and property like their own. Clean up was fantastic. Their value is incredible - Canâ t say enough kind words about Derek and Deep Rock! At the very least, GET A BID! I bet youâ ll choose them.

Completely professional from day 1 to the end. Very patient and able to answer a ton of questions both before and during the work. Also, while the work was taking place, it seemed everything was a mess. Piles of dirt was next to the holes, concrete blocks were staged, and tools were laid out. When the job was done, the concrete was nicely patched in the garage, 'extra' dirt was placed exactly where requested, and all holes were packed. During the process, it was incredible to actually watch the cracks close up.

Mason was our project manager for our foundation repair. He was very professional in all aspects. The crew was about as kind and courteous as you could be for this type of work. Our house went from a 3.5" slope to less than a half inch slope. With every corrected, our door close better now than they did when moved in a year ago. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone that has foundation issues or concerns.

I purchased a home that the seller provided paperwork with a warranty to show the foundation had just been leveled. My inspector could see that some work had been done, but told me just make sure that warranty can be transferred to you. Within weeks of closing, the home (block and beam) was starting to shift and move. I called Deep Rock Foundations as well as another well known foundation repair company in the Houston area. Both bids were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. Deep Rock won my business because Ben was an excellent communicator, showed up when he said he would, was very responsive to calls and able to answer my questions with confidence while also providing a realistic expectation, and had a longer warranty. The other company had terrible communication and made me feel as if they just relied on their big name. Ben understood the unfortunate situation that I am in, educated me on the right way to level, explained proper readings, pulled the permits and kept in touch to schedule the work. He put everything in writing for me. It was nice having that one point of contact. I went into day 1 with confidence that I had chosen the right company, and I was not disappointed. The job took about 3 1/2 days and they made every effort possible to lift slowly as to prevent damage and subsequent expenses to other areas. The readings at the end turned out better than he had expected, and he provided me with the documentation to show the new levels as well as our completed contract. They even sent a third party engineer out after the fact to check their work, and I got a positive report. As expected and warned, there was some sheetrock separation that the seller had covered up, and a cracked countertop. While very frustrating and expensive, Ben and his team did their best to help me navigate a bad situation. It has been six weeks since the work was completed, and the home feels very solid walking around now. Ben has replied to the minor questions I had after they were paid. I am very pleased with my decision to use Deep Rock Foundations and will highly recommend them. Now on to see if I can recoup my costs!

Deep Rock Foundations completed the remediation of our foundation on 6/2/2022. The crew was professional, responsive, and respectful of our property. They took their time and successfully completed the project without significant damage to any of the underground lines and utilities. Our property was left is same condition as when they arrived. Ben Gaul, Foundation Consultant, was professional, courteous and prompt with his Proposal and executing the work. Job well done all around. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending Deep Rock Foundations to other customers requiring foundation work.
