Derek Denman, the owner of Deep Rock Foundations, took a hands on approach with my repair. He was very thorough in explaining what was happening with my foundation and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Deep Rock Foundations is the kind of company, large or small, you wish you could work with any time you need home repairs or service. We had procrastinated getting a review of our foundation, primarily because we didnâ t want to hear bad news. With nearly every door sticking and cracks over every door jam, it was time. Plus, we were beginning a Master Bath remodel within a week. Clearly, the foundation needed review before the remodel. We sent emails to 3 foundation companies, local to the League City area. Deep Rock Foundations/Derek Denman called back within the hour even though it was after hours. Derek set an appointment with us for 8am the next day and was prompt. He listened to our story and we showed him a few of our concerns. His evaluation took two hours and was very thorough. Derek explained the results of the evaluation in great detail, showing us all the data. We kept him busy another hour asking who, what, when, where and how the foundation had subsided (2â from the center of the house) on the south side of the house. Specifically, we needed & Derek explained the details of the repair approach. The entire time we talked, Derek was calm. He was absolutely confident the repair would be successful and he would produce the data to demonstrate the outcome. The job was completed in 2 days, within a week of our first call to Deep Rock. The crew was professional and courteous. The grounds were cleaned of debris as they performed the work and at completion. Three (3) of 16 piers were inside the house, in the Master Bathroom. The crew took great, great care of our wood floors and hallways. As promised, Derek produced the final (post-repair) elevation data and the repair has a lifetime, transferable warranty. I absolutely loved working with Ben Gaul Gaul and Deep Rock Foundations. They did the foundation work very quickly with the highest quality and care. They were timely and kept me informed every step of the way. They even matched the pebble rock concrete that we have on the patio when patching after the repair. Wow... what a GREAT company! We had early indicators that our home foundation may have an issue so we called out Deep Rock. Ben was very knowledgeable and provided a professional digital diagram of our home and all the issues he found. He took his time and assessed our entire home for any possible issues. In the end, we got a clean bill of health and Ben was very honest in reporting no work was needed. I would definitely use these guys if I ever need any foundation work.

From the first phone call Ben was very informative and helpful. He was here on time and kept in constant communication with us about the process. The day of the pour the owner Derek stop by to check on the job. The crew did an amazing job and cleaned up everything before they left. Honesty and integrity are really hard to find in a contractor, but these guys have that and more. I highly recommend them.

We had a water line flood the house. During demo, we found a crack in the slab. Derek came to the house same day. We walked outside and inside the house where he showed me signs of slab issues. He estimated 21 piers to repair and 2 days for the work. His crew was awesome. When they were done, you hardly knew they were there. The expansion joints closed up. Gaps in the window frame closed up. It was amazing. Derek walks you through each step. We had competing bids that were nearly twice as much, but I'd recommend Deep Rock and Derek to anyone.

They cleaned up everything perfectly, you would not even know they were there! They did not disturb anything, super quick, got done in 5 days time, very efficient!

Saw cracks in ceiling and finally front door wouldnt open. I had this issue in a previous house and was due to foundation issues. Derek came out, Spent a couple hours doing measurements. He showed me the numbers and said there s nothing they can really charge because while it s a minor issue it can be corrected with proper hydration of certain areas of the yard. Water your lawn from Easter to Halloween and there should be no further problem . He then fixed my door...and didn t charge a dime. I know this company prides itself On honesty and not ripping off a customer, but I sure was not expecting that he was a nice guy actually doing the right thing. I hope I don t have to call them for repairs, but if I do, I know they will be upfront and honest. One of the best service calls I ve had in a long Time...

Derek and Ben were who we met, and both of them were fantastic! They took us through step by step and was very thorough when explaining the risks, what the work entailed, why they came to the conclusion that they did, and the price was right. They were also able to print up a quote right away. They had every tool that they needed right at their disposal to stay one step ahead of their competition. They re clearly very passionate about their work and they re very intent on making sure their customers are 100% satisfied. They we re very quick, very understanding, and they did beautiful work to our home. Their prices are guaranteed, so if come to find out that they misquoted us, they will eat that cost. Not to mention their work is guaranteed, they give it a lifetime warranty. Any time I texted Derek, he would respond in a timely manner. Through the process, he gave me daily updates on what was going on. He even came back a week afterwards to check everything out and see how it turned out. Very professional, very friendly, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get foundation work done. Definite 10/10, I would gladly hire them again.

These guys definitely deserve 5 stars. They a moderately price compared to others, and very thorough in they re quoting process. They spent roughly two hours at the house taking measurements, showing us problem areas, and explaining everything that could and would get broken during the process of lifting the foundation to level it such as corner beads, floor tiling, wall tiling, and plumbing. They showed us the results of the lift after completion and they were almost completely accurate on all of their projected end results. During the lift, they found a broken plumbing stack that was a previous issue and revered a plumber. They completed their work other than filling the whole with the stack. Nearly a week after they were done, the owner and his training foreman came by themselves to pour the concrete over the final hole. Would definitely recommend them if you re in need of work.

They did what they said they were going to do and did it in outstanding fashion. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done. They left my family and myself with great joy and smiling faces. Deep Rock Made our Day!

From the first visit I knew I was going to go with Deep Rock even if they were a little more than other bids. Ben was very professional in every dealing I had with him. He even worked around my schedule. Most other companies that I talked to had to come by before 5PM. Ben came after 5 which fit our schedule. Everything was explained all the way through the process. His crew was very efficient and neat. My yard looked better after they were finished than before. They got here when they said they would and finished our job in 1 day. (We were just doing the back of our house.) I feel like I got a great deal. I was worried about the price before I started looking, but Deep Rock seemed to be lower than I expected. I would recommend Deep Rock to anyone looking to have their foundation leveled.

A++! Derek and his crew were amazing from start to finish. The quote was extremely easy to understand and Derek was available anytime to answer our questions. Derek was in constant communication with updates on start dates, permit status, etc. The crew was amazing. They were very clean, would sweep and clean up everyday before lunch and at the end of the day. We have a narrow hallway that they were having to maneuver a wheel barrel through, there is not a single scratch on any of the walls. They kept everything organized and made the process as painless as possible. Derek was there at least once every day to check on progress and give updates. After the work was completed, Derek came by and checked to make sure everything was done properly and was cleaned. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation work.
