Their fine, their good, they are attentive, their honest, they have a shuttle service if you need to get back and forth. I have no problems with them, I would refer them and rate them pretty high.

This was our first time here, and we were blown away! The men in the office were very professional and kind. I felt like a person, and like my business was appreciated. They worked fast to get my truck finished, and sent me a text when it was ready; they also called when my truck was ready. When I pulled up, there was a mechanic outside parking a vehicle, and he told the time to say hello. That blew me away! It shows the business cares and takes the time to ensure all employees are polite and professional. That goes a long way in my book. Honestly, the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Arrived at 6PM as they were closing complaining of a "death-wobble" in the front-end. They grabbed a flashlight and immediately diagnosed the problem. Due to the severity of the problem; they STRONGLY recommended that we leave the truck there. One of the mechanics offered to drive us home in his personal vehicle -- we gratefully accepted.

The work was done on-time and as-quoted.

All were extremely professional, and made sure we understood what they would be doing and the cost.

We were very pleased with their work, and will use them again for future servicing of the truck.

In March we were driving our 1987 Corvette north on I-45 near mile mark 12 when we ran over large chunks of concrete. Due to extremely low clearance in a Corvette, a huge plume of black smoke poured out of the tail pipes, oil pressure dropped immediately, and we pulled over while shutting down the engine to avoid further damage. We were towed to Christian Brothers auto shop on FM 646 in League City

Needless to say we were both shook up & openly expressed our fears to the personnel at the mechanic shop that we were sure there was major damage & that we were expecting a huge estimate to fix the problem. The next morning (yes, the very next morning!) the shop called saying that the car was repaired and the cost would be $271. Turns out Corvettes are built like tanks underneath and apparently the concrete pieces bounced up and punctured the oil filter causing the instant draining of all the oil, black smoke, etc.

Now those guys at Christian Brothers could have told us anything and therefore charged us anything they had wanted and we would have said, "Sure, okay" and hauled out a credit card. So as if that wasn't impressive enough, we have taken the same car back twice due to oil spots dripping onto the garage floor. They cheerfully checked the car out for any leaks they might have missed previously and didn't even charge us labor.

We wouldn't take any of our vehicles anywhere else. You just don't find that kind of honesty much anymore.

Totally misdiagnosed problem. Went in with Transmission noise, was told noise in the rear differential..
Not so..went to Differential shop, they carried me and the truck to a Transmission shop. Diagnosed in a matter of
minutes as a transmission problem.
When they stated it was a differential problem, I asked how much to repair.
After long song and dance, was given a price of between $1,000.00 and $3,000.00. Seemed high!
I did ask at the Differential repair shop how much to rebuild the differential, $900.00, with a 3 year warranty.
I guess the location drives the prices...be careful.

Our impression of Christian Brothers is that they are straightforward, communicate clearly, explain all important details and we believe that their pricing is fair compared to other service companies we have used. We have had a Suburban serviced twice, one of the services was major work - air conditioning plus a couple of other things. It was about $900., fair for the work they did. They found a couple of little things in the process and corrected those without additional charge. They also sometimes have specials and coupons and we have used those. They are close by which is a plus. The last service was just an oil change on a car which was done in a short time and a coupon was applied. All 3 times we have used Christian brothers my husband has stated how pleasant they are to deal with......and we will use them in the future.

So helpful and kind. Had to have a lot of work done on my 8 year old car recently and they were the best experience I could have asked for. I knew it was going to be a lot of money going in - I needed a new catalytic converter and suspension on all 4 wheels. They ended up giving me a part for free because they couldn't get it lose from the old part; they replaced the whole thing. Very kind and fair pricing. Would definitely use them again!

Dealer wanted $290 to do the 30,000 mile service for my Altima, Called CB in League City and gave them list of services from Owners Manual and they quoted me $171 so I thought I'd give them a shot. Took it in and they offered to drive me home and pick me up when it was done saying it would take 1-2 hours to get the in cabin air filter delivered. It actually was a bit over 4 hours when it was all said and done which is the only thing that keeps me from nominating them. But they did good work and didn't try to do the add-on thing. They were very professional and kept a nice clean facility. When it was time to be picked up it was actually the owner who came to my house to drive me there and pick up my car, he was real nice and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Which overall I was. Even got a Thank you card in the mail few weeks later which reminded me that I should review them. I'd use their service again, but it may take a bit longer for them to finish the work if they have to get parts delivered for the repair.

I had several things done, but brought in my vehicle not knowing what was wrong. They were very pleasant to deal with and patient to explain what was wrong. The diagnostic and work were always done quickly and when I had to wait, they had great coffee and free WiFi to use. Andy went out of his way to find parts for my Suzuki the quickest and cheapest he could find. After my experience, I trust them and will definitely be going back.

They are very honest. If you take your car there and need something done they will look at and check everything out and they will come back and say no you really don't need that right now and you might need it six month from now, but now no. They didn't charge me at all they said it wasn't anything major. I would use them again.
